They need to train your customer service people at Service lines of America(Subsidiary of Home serve) how to handle my situation, they can't seem to get it in their heads that we paid for their one year service, our bank direct transferred the payment with confirmation number, to SLWOFA. Their customer service staff on the phone said it takes time to process, that back in December 2025, now when I check online it says our contract is still going to be cancelled as for Non payment. Our contract has also been renewed till Nov. 2026, how can a staff NOT figure out that we have paid for the service and not get it straightened out between SLWOFA and Home serve. Worst on going experience ever with SLWOFA and Home serve customer service. Trying again TODAY and TRY again to see if anyone knows what they are doing at your customer service help line to get this taken care of again. This has been on going since December, wow, really?

I attempted to login to pay an invoice I received. The webpage couldn't find my account. It requested additional information and still failed. I tried calling the 855 number provided and got a "special offer" which I attempted to decline, but was transferred to a virtual person who only repeated the offer and did not react to my request to speak to a person. I also tried the QRC, but it sent me to the same website with the same results. Since they have my home address and an alleged account number, unless this is a mail scam, I should be able to see my account and pay them.

This is a terrible company. Horrible. They used to be very good, but since they were purchased by HomeServe they are now extremely bad. They will do everything possible to delay and deny your claims. I hate them. Do not waste your money. You have been warned.

Technician was on time, water leak was not found on the outside therefore no service needed. He took the time answer all questions and offered me further information

It took multiple phone calls, 3 different plumbing companys and 10 days to have a water leak fixed.
That could have and should have been fixed alot sooner.
2 companys didn't even dig a foot down to find out the issue. Just blew me off. Johnco plumbing showed up, dug 10 minutes and addressed the issue.
Moon Valley plumbing and Kooline plumbing didn't even try to look. If the first company (Moon Valley) bothered to actually dig a little it could have been fixed the first day!

I recently had a sewage line blockage and put a call into the warranty company. This was at 9am. I was told I would hear from Ron Miller Plumbing soon. In 10 minutes I received a text from Ron Miller plumbing saying they had received an order and would schedule an appointment. 5 minutes later I received a phone call and a text saying they would be here within 1 hour.
20 minutes later they arrive and immediately ran a snake thorough the clean-out. Within 30 minutes, they cleared the blockage. They then ran a camera through the sewage line and found a breakage near where the sewage line would go into the main sewage line for the township. They then called the township water authority and told them there was a break in the line in the township "right-of-way". Within 30 minutes the township came and said a crew would be here the following morning. The crew did shop up at 8am and fixed the broken pipe.
Awesome, awesome service!!!!

I love how this company comes out quickly after I report a issue and I don't have to keep calling and before the technician is to arrive they call to inform you about the arrival and they tell you what the problem is once they look at the problem.

The workers arrived to dig under the foundation to get to the broken line, the technician repaired the line, explained the problem and his fix. The next day the excavation workers showed up put all the dirt back. couldn't even tell it had been dug up.

Service Line Warranties are an excellent company! Unfortunately I’ve had to use their services a couple of times, but they have always done their best to support me in a timely manner. My sewer problems have always been resolved. I had to wait longer than I would have cared to over the recent holiday to get my sewer line repaired, but it was due to the local plumbing company not SLW. Best home warranty company I have used.

Jason from Johnco Plumbing called an notified me he was running 2 hours early. He showed up, identified the leak and fixed it within a couple hours. I was most impressed. I expected a main line leak between the meter and house to be a nightmare, it was anything but that.
