Stay away from this scam company. I bought a subscription. They didn't give me a number. I contacted support, no reply. They don't even have a support center and ignore customers complain. It's been days now
The information on their website and provided by their support is missleading and a lie, their numbers dont work with social media networks, at leats not with Facebook or WhatsApp as they claim.
They did gave me a refund, 2/5.
I purchased a number from Slyfone solely based on their explicit claim that their numbers are guaranteed to work with WhatsApp activation. However, after purchasing number , I was shocked to find that WhatsApp rejected the number completely.
When I contacted their support, their response was to ask me to contact WhatsApp — a completely illogical and irresponsible reply.
Slyfone promotes compatibility with WhatsApp, but in reality, they do not guarantee it. They failed to resolve the issue or offer a refund, and then stopped responding altogether.
This is false advertising and a waste of money.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this service. It’s unreliable and lacks professional support.
I recently subscribed to SLYFONE and immediately realized it wasn’t the right service for me. Their policy states that refunds are allowed within 24 hours of subscribing, so I canceled and requested my refund the same day, well within their policy.
However, SLYFONE denied my refund for no valid reason, contradicting their own terms. Their response was illogical: they confirmed my subscription started on March 17, 2025, and that I requested my refund on March 17, 2025—yet still refused to process it. This is clear evidence of deceptive and unethical business practices.
Their customer service is useless, simply repeating scripted responses while refusing to honor their own policies. I have since escalated the issue with Google Play and my bank for a chargeback.
If you’re thinking about subscribing to SLYFONE, DON’T. They trap you in subscriptions and refuse to refund you, even when you comply with their stated policy. A classic scam tactic.
I will continue reporting them to consumer protection agencies to warn others about their deceptive refund practices. Stay away from this dishonest company!
