We had a great experience on our one week trip though the wildernis of Sweden. The Trangia cooking stove included in the rental worked so well, it went straight into my shopping basket.
The Dacia Dokker was just big enough to lay flat for me (180cm) when the front seats were moved a bit forward. With the matress in the back the driving position is relatively upright, but not uncomfortable, and we did a lot of driving (2300km in one week). It was also nice to know that there was a parking heater in the car when needed.
Absolute bonus for the super nice dude renting us the car👌 🙂

We had a great trip with our Campervan from Småland Campers! The handover was very straightforward. Everything worked perfectly.

We had a lovely time with our camper in Sweden. Everything went super smooth with the handover, and everything as discussed beforehand was covered! We never had a camper van experience beforehand and now we would do it again!

Småland Campers was amazing!! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to drive around Sweden or into Norway. We had the van for 2 weeks and it was comfortable, fuel efficient, easy to drive and came with everything we needed!

Great little company! Perfect way to hire a small reliable camper without breaking the budget. Ideal way to self-drive Sweden and Norway. Easy to park in car size spaces in towns. The owner Christian was super helpful and very personable. I loved my little home away from home.

Had a great week in one of their camper vans!

We had a really good experience with Smaland Campers. We rented a car for two weeks and everthing was perfect! We had the Koja Camper and the car is definitely sufficient for two people, also because the car is so well constructed! Pick-up and Drop-off were also very uncomplicated!
We can definitely recommend Smaland Campers!

The whole process was really easy and great. Usually you should be careful about small details when you rent a car and the car companies are try to get a few extra euros off you. With Smaland campers the opposite was the case and everything was advertised and even better. Will definetly book a camper again.

Great service even before arrival (contact by phone whether everything is clear or what is still needed), we drove with the smallest model ("Koja"). Well equipped (e.g. USB charging station, cooking pots) without useless stuff.
Handover and return were also uncomplicated.

Christian is at your help for every need. Renting a campervan with Smaland camper is easy. I appreciate each step the 7 days tour trip detailed in the dedicated article is just beautiful. Smaland is definitely a place to explore with Smaland camper.

We could not have asked for more from Smaland Campers and I am so glad that I found them! Christian worked with me every step of the way to ensure we had an amazing journey in Sweden.

The van was our cozy home on the road and served us well (we upgraded to the Hydda and recommend it!) as we traveled over 2200km throughout the country. The layout was both thoughtful and practical without sacrificing comfort. From cooking to setting up the bed, everything was easy.

I would already vouch for Smaland Campers based on the van, communication, fair pricing and flexible options, but my review would be incomplete without recommending the personal itinerary service. This was especially valuable for us as first time visitors, but the amount of detail and effort Christian and his partner put into the guide would make it a great option for anyone. We actually loved ours so much, we had it printed and laminated, both for use on the trip and as a keepsake. We were given 3 different routes with detailed waypoints and attractions, all with clickable links and fun graphics. It felt like they went above and beyond for us, but I don’t doubt that this is the standard of service Smaland Campers aims to provide all of their customers.

We would absolutely rent again on our next visit to Sweden!

The camper was well equipped with everything we needed on our road trip around Lake Vattern. Christian was very helpful and accommodating to our unforeseen travel delays. We will absolutely be renting from Småland Campers again :)
