Misleading info about delivery point

For unknown reasons, the item was delivered to a 'pick up point' although when making the purchase it was explicitly indicated that it would be delivered directly to the recipient's address. We had to inform the recipient to go there and pick up his gift, unacceptable

Almost impossible to return item

Almost impossible to return item. Took photo of return item as it was a sizing issue and no matter how I’ve tried refuses to accept it on basis file is too large!
Will cease purchasing from Smallable.

Very strong customer services - sorted out my problems with setting up the account immediately, and were most helpful and considerate. Top marks. Quality of goods excellent, pricing, delivery charge and export/import were all extremely favourable. Quality is quality.
