I ordered in November 2022. Emailed for months and got ignored, messaged them on the site and they said I can't get a refund and I might receive it at some point and never even apologised. My guess is it's just a scam or they're just lazy to make the harder orders and would rather keep the money and ignore

They had been advertising a HUGE black Friday sale for awhile. On the day of her discount codes that you enter on her site at check out would not work. She usually responds immediately to messages and in fact did the first time I messaged her about the issue. She told me she just entered in her computer and it worked just fine. I tried from 4 other devices and had a few friends try from theirs. Still nothing. She would never respond to anymore of my messages. I thonk she realized with giving 65% off and free shipping she was not making much of a profit and decided not to fix the issue. Poor poor customer service. Shop elsewhere. There are other reputable companies that provide the same merchandise and don't lure you in with false advertising! BEWARE!

I have always trusted the fact that Ruthie would do what I needed. However, with the new owners, every little thing is an extra $97 on top of the extra charge. Which, even as an attorney I understand a mark up, but it is usually a 20% no more! Therefore, you actually get 3.5 stars!

Very good customer services. Whenever I have an issue, somebody always responds. I had to amend an LLC, and somebody walked me through the process over the phone.

As always the update goes as easy as possible, but I have trouble restoring all my old backups from previous versions.
