If you bought CHANGE YOUR CARD

If you bought from this site change your card now, the reason why they do not debit any money form your account, and have no means of contacting them (which actually is against UK Law for ecom) is that they have your debit/credit card data.

Shocking as well that GEO Trust the Secure SSL Certificate actually is still recognising them to process payments through a SSL...

SHOCKINg change cards now... cancel and get new cards issued do not ASSume or your accounts will be in danger...

Terrible - can't contact them either

Ordered two separate orders - got an email confirmation from both (although it went into my junk email folder).

Haven't heard anything in over a week now. The phone number isn't going through, the live chat there is never anyone available although I have left a couple of messages, no one is responding to multiple emails.

No money has been taken (yet) - so I don't know what is going on.

Useless

I ordered a fitbit and checked out as a guest. I got the confirmation screen telling me that order confirmation would be sent to my email address. I did not receive an email and the item was still in my basket when i went back to the site. No money has been taken so i can only assume that the order did not go through properly. I have tried to contact the site by email, phone and online chat but have received no response.
