Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Charged accidentally and requested a refund within minutes. Support agent Shannen refused to help or escalate to a manager even though I haven't used a single feature. Beware of their trial traps!

Do NOT use this app unless you want…

Do NOT use this app unless you want your money stolen. I canceled my subscription and they charged me anyway. I sent a message, with a screenshot, of the cancelation confirmation and they refused to refund my money. They then blocked me so that I couldn't argue further to get my money back.
