Be careful with this shop!!! I ordered items online in August in over 100 EUR value, as of now 7 weeks later I still haven't got my order. I tried contacting their customer service on several occasions, they got back to me 3 times with different excuses why they haven't delivered. They blamed it on the manufacturer, saying that one of the three items are not available, so I agreed to delivering a different one in the same value. Weeks later still no package, so I contacted them again, and they lied that now a second item is not available because of the manufacturer and it will take even more weeks to get it. And they said I am the one who is wrong, the first item has always been available. They have the audacity to blame it on me! Now they do not even reply to my emails either, and over the phone they lie and say this is none of their fault.

I was looking with my wife for a new handy stroller for our daughter. The guy who was consulting us was very friendly, understood and talked english, introduced us to one from Cybex. Showed us everything we needed to know and we immediatly fell in love with it!

Each time I go into the store, they are very helpful and know the products very well. I trust that everything in the store is of good quality and trust their advice, especially as a first time parent. Highly recommend this shop!
