Luke knows this product and gave very good advice.

After reviewing many companies regarding solar panels, we had made enquiries, and got a phone call from LBC new homes. I had spent some time looking up prices and specifications, and when Luke turned up I asked a lot of questions. He certainly knew his product and took a few measurements, asked about our usage, and went off to get some prices. Working out our requirements he recommended 12 panels, and two batteries and an inverter. He explained how it all worked and gave us a rough idea of how much we could save on our electric bill. The panels arrived and were fitted in a day. The inverter and batteries were fitted and we were ready to go. I was not expecting much to happen as the weather was quite dull, but we had 4 days off the grid, and we have to date used 1/3 of what we normally use in the ten days its been running. Luke also put an app on the phone so that we can see what is being stored, and also what we were taking from the grid. Luke is a strong hardworking chap, who explains what he is doing at each stage, and is a skilled technician. I was impressed by how clean and tidy he carried out his work, and his extraordinary strength in lifting very heavy equipment. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and his company, for any potential customers, private or industrial. I confirm I have not been given any incentive for presenting this review.
