I like so many others. Had a bad experience with smart pay I was in a car accident unable to pay for a few months I called to pay them and catch up but in way were they helpful now I have to wait for my account to go to collections. I’ve never had such a hassle trying to pay a bill they are not understanding to any thing you may have going on just too bad. Get the money and go on. Terrible terrible business. And on top of it all I’m trying to upgrade to a 16.

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of SmarterPayment’s legal department. Not only has my overall experience with this company been terrible, but their legal team has taken it to a whole new level of unprofessionalism and harassment.

Despite the fact that I am no longer , their legal department continues to aggressively demand personal payments from me. They are forceful, unrelenting, and completely unwilling to listen to reason or provide any proper documentation to justify their claims. It feels like I’m being bullied rather than dealing with a legitimate business.

I’ve tried to explain my situation multiple times, but they refuse to acknowledge any of my concerns or provide clarity on why they’re pursuing me for money. Their lack of transparency and unethical behavior is shocking. It’s as if they’re trying to intimidate me into paying for something that I don’t even owe.

This is not how a reputable company should operate. I feel harassed and stressed out by their constant demands, and I’m seriously considering taking legal action against them for their behavior.

I found this exchange through bestexchange & I was amazed that my payment was instant. I know when people say instant they exaggerate but right after I read "Payment received" I heard the ding which alerted me to my wallet receiving funds. I exchanged $35 Payeer to WMZ webmoney.
