If you want someone to rob your Granny…

If you want someone to rob your Granny this is the company…..
My 89 yr old Nan booked a service with these scammers, they came they looked they switched off her solar panels, probably hoping she would call them back she didn’t she called EDF and emails went back and forth I happened to go in the loft by chance today, she hadn’t told me there was an issue I wondered why the power light was off I shouted down and was told someone had inspected them, on closer inspection they had turned the power supply off, the panel shows no faults. So they have not only charged her for a service then HUNDREDS to clean the panels and spray them with some magic substance that can keep them clean ( I don’t think they have informed the pigeons) but they have cost her Months of solar panel savings.

Disgusting I’m fuming robbing the elderly is disgraceful I hope Karma finds them.
