Smart Communications, Inc., commonly referred to as Smart, is a wholly owned wireless communications and digital services subsidiary of PLDT, Inc.,[1] the Philippines' leading telecommunications and digital services provider.[2] The company has 61.8 million subscribers[3] on its GSM network as of end-September 2016, under the brands Smart, Sun, and TNT. Smart's wireless broadband subscribers number 3.8 million under the brands Smart Bro and Sun Wireless Broadband.
Now, living partly in the Philippines I can assure you that this company is part of a big SCAM. Because they are constantly stealing prepaid load from their customers. And this is not just my opinion. Read the the comments and complaints in the internet ! And amazing enough nobody is taking them to court and they can continue their criminal acts without any consequences. The new President Duterte vowed to clean up the country. Including this company and its competitor GLOBE which is by the way also cheating their customers. So beware of these companies and be very careful how much Pesos you buy from them. Otherwise you will have a bad wake up.
