Hi i am photographer for Marlies Dekker Fotografie. As wedding photographer in the Netherlands making stunning slideshows for my couples are an easy way to deliver the first preview.
The support is quick and helpfull if needed. So for my slideshow i am fully covered with pixellu. Only thing i am waiting for is the possibility in their galleries to drop a mark over the photos so they can t be downloaded without the mark and i can start selling them via the galleries. Than i will start using their galleries too.

I had an issue with my account and initially thought I had lost access to my subscription, galleries and projects.

After contacting support, Kelvin and Fernanda investigated the problem, checked the backend and helped me identify the real cause. In the end, the issue was actually caused by a typo in my email address, which had created two different accounts.

The support team was patient, quick to respond and helped me recover access to everything. They manually corrected the account information and made sure my subscription, galleries and data were linked correctly.

Great customer service and a very positive experience overall.

The software is good but lacking some features (i.e. very limited text formating tools).

First and foremost, I don't know of any album design software that's better than Smart Albums by Pixellu! I've had many over the 20 plus years of being a wedding photographer, and once I found SA, I was done searching. Just last night I had a minor problem, and first thing this morning they were on it, and it was fixed. Simply the best!

I'm a Wedding Photographer, and I have a very small in house production team, so I end up doing most of the Album design works. I've worked on Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Smart albums is by far the best software I have ever used. With the built in templates, and options to drop down images, makes life so much easier! Apart from having creative blocks, It's so easy to get projects done easily with their built design. I cannot thank the Pixellu team enough for making such a great software. It's easy to use. Moreover, their response time is incredible. I had an issue with one of my projects, and they guided me so easily without any delays. I am so grateful to have an amazing team backing me up when I was losing my mind over a project.

I would suggest everyone to use this App, it's one of the best!

Excellent customer service with quick responses to email and resolved any issues straight away. I am using this company nearly 10 years and only ever had one issue which was a maintenance one and I didn't have the correct updated browser!

Had a great helpful conversation to solve my problems. Response is too good, it took three days to solve my issue but they were following me up till the issue get resolved.

I required customer support to remove a device from my account. I listed the devices I had and the device I needed to be removed. The customer service rep went above and beyond! Fernanda not only provided instructions on how to do this, but she also removed the device for me! Perfect!
