Beware Hidden/Unauthorized Fees!! Management is Draconian
I had them come down to perform diagnostic service only, which I was told was $69, on my washing machine which had been showing an error code. When the technician came (Zac I think his name was) we turned the machine on and it actually got through a cycle with no error code. I left him alone with the machine a few minutes and when I came back the machine was still working fine. Afterwards I was billed for $141 and when I asked why they said because Zac did some work. What work? He said he turned the screw on one of the legs one turn and was charging me $70 for labor. I never authorized him to perform additional "work", especially at that price!
Management was belligerent and unsympathetic to this overcharge.
The technician then called me to 'explain' the logic of charging without asking permission first. Hilariously (?), he offered to come 'undo' the repair of turning the screw on the bottom of the machine by 1-1.5 turns. I thought this was a sardonic jab, but they actually doubled-down on this offer. I would now question the mental sanity of the management of this business, and you should too.
