Orders wheels costing £65 which turned out to be wrong - our mistake. We were told we could easily return them and get a full refund. They were returned on 15th September and still waiting for our refund. Countless emails sent to check on status of refund but no one ever replies. Shocking customer service.

I contacted Smart Boards Uk due to my son needing a repair on his electric scooter. Mark was so helpful and went out of his way to identify the make & model as we didn’t know either, and then sourced the part we needed to repair the scooter. Although the scooter couldn’t be repaired by the store, Mark’s help has meant that we won’t need to buy a new scooter and can repair what we were told was irreparable. Would highly recommend and will go to in future to purchase any further scooters

I received the order as it says on the website, it is used, you are not serious

I ordered a replacement wheel for my grandson's hoverkart as well as some other items on the 3rd September.
They arrived the following week, about the 8th.
When I came to fit the wheel it was apparent it was the wrong size so I emailed Smart Boards to request an exchange. I have heard nothing.
I telephoned today, the 17th, but was asked to leave a message and I would get a call back - silence.
The item was poorly described on the website with no mention of a size measurement - merely "heavy duty standard" and a picture which appeared to be the correct item. It was a 6" wheel and I need an 8.5" wheel.

Ordered a electric bike 9 days ago, had no email for delivery date, no communication at all, other than a reply to an email I sent.
Just would like the bike delivered!

Tracking very good when delivered was told left in safe place .Photo showed left in brown bin yes it was but not mine in next doors bin

My daughter saved up and bought a Grade C refurbished hoverboard and kart package. It was dispatched promptly and was exactly as described ie. with cosmetic scratches but in full working order.
Her sister was so impressed that she ordered exactly the same refurbished hoverboard and kart package a few days later.
It has only been a week or so but we are extremely happy with both purchases - and feel reassured by the 6 month guarantee if anything should go wrong (fingers crossed!!!).

Numerous messages left but no call back. Waste of time & effort….

After a quick chat with the sales guy who was really helpful, I bought a refurbished hoverboard and kart for my sons 10th birthday, he absolutely loves it! All working fine and in great condition. Had a little issue that the seat on the kart had a big crack in it when I got it out the box, but contacted customer service service and they sent a replacement immediately.

Sent board with motor fault second week in April, waited several weeks for update and had to chase on a number of occasions. Can't get through on the phone and no calls returned.
Board eventually repaired and returned end of June with new motor.
Worked for a few hours and then new motor stopped working.
No response from Smart Boards. Now considering legal action.
Would not recommend.
