FATTER INTET AF DET FIRMA - bange for det er svindel
MEGET MEGET dårlig førstegangsoplevelse.....Bestiller briller via mit Visakort, skal alt muligt igennem med Nem-id og sidenhen en Nets-kode.
Alt får fint indtil jeg får at vide at der er "sikkerhedsproblemer" med min betaling...siden er fuldt underlige mails som jeg ikke forstår. Så er betalingen gået igennem, så er den ikke og nu får jeg denne gebrokne meddelese.
Sjovt nok ER mine penge trukket på min bankkonto og jeg tror sgu ikke jeg nogensinde ser de briller igen.
Denne mail kom i dag: meget skummelt med både svensk og engelsk - UDEN at jeg stadig fatter hvad der foregår:
