I spent 6 months in the Spark program and walked away with zero clients and a lot of questions about whether this program delivers what it promises.

Let me be fair first: the online course content is solid. You'll learn how to set up your business, define your client avatar, and understand the basics of sales and Instagram reels. If that's all you needed, it has value... though I've since found comparable courses selling for $47.

Here's where it falls apart.

The "coaching" is barely coaching. You get 20 minutes per week with your coach and access to a Slack channel that, in practice, offers little real community. Nearly every post is someone tagging the coach with a question or problem, and if you post, don't expect much back. There's no feeling of people learning from each other or being in it together. It's less of a community and more a queue for coach attention.

After months with no clients, my coach's advice was to rewrite my Instagram bio. That was it. That is not coaching. That is noise dressed up as guidance.

The group calls are a time sink. They can run 2+ hours, are scheduled mid-day, have no agenda beyond a live 'review' of someone else's work, and cover whatever the host feels like discussing. You listen and hope something lands.

The ROI Guarantee is misleading. They claim 87% of clients earn their investment back within 3 months (I was told this on the sales call). I've spoken to and found MANY others online who made $0. I am one of them. When a guarantee is built around a statistic that doesn't appear to reflect reality, it's not a guarantee, it's a marketing line.

The costs don't stop at $7,800. Once you're inside, you're steered toward paid tools; Calendly, Perspective, business banking offers, and others, many of which appear to be affiliate-linked.

Then, mid-program, the owner launched his own platform, MemberUp, and announced that Spark members now had access to it; framed as a perk. What that actually meant was: anyone could sign up and pay $83/month for it. There was no discount, no inclusion, no benefit. It was a sales pitch dressed up as member value.

I don't doubt there are people who've succeeded in this program. But the structure, the coaching quality, and the pricing don't hold up to scrutiny. Do your research before you invest. I wish I had.

I had some hesitation about committing to this investment, and I can say that Smart Coach has completely blown my expectations out of the water. The investment is so worth it and I'm amazed that I now have the freedom to do what I love with their guidance/coursework.

My coach Jessica Jovo is sooo incredible and has really helped me align my offerings/value with their program. I have already made $4,400 in sales, and I'm only in month 2 of the program! I have also grown from 200 followers to over 4,000 in a month of posting content—which feels insane to me.

I can't say enough good things about the whole team and how much support you'll have through the process. The price of the program is absolutely worth it and my whole life has really changed from this experience. It would take me years and years to accumulate the amount of knowledge that they give you in three months. You get personalized 1:1 feedback from content, sales and business coaches, which to me is such a steal for the investment. Take the leap if you're ready for the financial freedom + dream job you've always wanted.

I have been meeting with Laryssa and she has really been awesome. She helps me focus and hone in on my specialty. Sometimes I just want to "do it all" but she breaks it down and gives me better direction. I am still looking forward to growing and expanding my business, but really feel like this has given me a strong foundation and knowledge that I did not have. Specifically in helping me understand social media, how to market myself, getting me out of my comfort zone and giving me the confidence to move forward.

One month in and this program has already taught me so much about how to up level my business. I haven't even started with the content push yet and I already secured two sales at full price rather than installments, because of the strategies I learned inside Smart Coach! Lindsey R. is an amazing coach who's helped me push beyond self-imposed limits I had for my business and opened my mind up so many ideas and opportunities I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. I'm proud to give a review for Smart Coach. If you are a coach in the physical world, there's no other program, and I have looked extensively, that is as laser beam focused as Smart Coach. And, Laryssa is what exemplifies that excellence. The one-on-one (1:1) coaching that have received from her has made all the difference. Working with Laryssa has been amazing! this is a good program with great guidance and a lot of instructions you can use for setting up your own coaching business. you don’t only get a 1:1 coach, but are also part of group calls for specific topics and an entire community. this program is truly the stepping stone into a great coaching career.

I've done many business coaching programs over the years, and I wasn't even looking to join one. But something felt different about Smart Coach. I booked an enrollment call and what sold me was the proven, "keep it as simple as possible" process and that they'd continue to coach me for up to 90 days after the program ends if I did the work but hadn't quite achieved my desired results yet. I started a few weeks later and the program is excellent. It actually pulls from a course I took several years ago, but it refined the process to be simpler and smoother, especially the mindset and sales aspects. My 1:1 coach is extremely knowledgeable (in our first session she was already providing tips I never considered that make a huge difference in my messaging) and very encouraging. I feel well supported and that I'm in very good hands with experts who know what they're doing and truly care about my success.
