Have made several purchases of the FFP2 masks and found them comfortable and fairly well sealing however the nose wire breaks after a few weeks and washes which then ruins the seal, especially if you wear glasses. Great mask, let down by a mediocre nose wire design or construction. Should be better constructed for the price.

With the furlough scheme now ended, more people are travelling on the London tube. Wearing my Smart Cover FFP2 face mask combined with using the sanitised face mask spray, gives me great piece of mind.

When I reported my spray had not arrived, Smart Cover promptly investigated within and sent me two days. well done to this company and sent me a replacement
within a few days.

Smart Cover masks are in my opinion the very best available and not only give maximum protection but are soft and comfortable to wear. In addition they look a smart accessory. Additionally orders are processed quickly and arrived promptly. I certainly recommend this purchase.

No invoice, only received part order, annoying emails (I know u can select no emails), and now they send me = This year UK officials warn that the flu may have multi-dominant strains, which will render the flu vaccine useless since it targets a single variant. Nothing like scaring us to buy a mask etc!!

Ordered five masks for myself and the family to use on an upcoming holiday - sadly they didn't arrive in time due to dirty old COVID delaying shipping (grrr).

Even though it wasn't SmartCover's problem or fault, when I reached out for help the team (Angela and Rita) were super helpful in tracking down the parcel and giving the carrier a hurry up. The package finally arrived the day before we got back from holiday (oh the irony). Same day I also got an email from Rita (who it turns out had kept an eye on the tracking) to check that I had received it - absolutely fantastic customer service, I've literally never had a better experience!

Oh and the masks are outstanding too, I had one earlier generation mask, these new ones are far superior with nose wires and ear toggle thingies, and are more comfortable all-round. We also got a bonus jar of vitamin C immuno gummies - they're amazing and super yummy, even the kids like them!

If you're wondering if these ones are the ones to get? Yes, yes they are. Not only are the masks comfy and safe, the team behind them really care.

Recently l had trouble with an order that l thought was incorrect. Now l'm not totally sure, l contacted customer service and Angelo did his utmost to sort it out, however l was a bit "technically challenged" to give him all the info he asked for. After many prompt emails Angelo decided to give me a code for a discount on my next order, which l accepted. He was very genuine and sincere, an asset to the company in many ways l feel. Disposable face masks are easy to find, mostly littering the streets. Not wanting to contribute to the problem, I did a fair bit of research before deciding upon the SmartCover FFP2 Reusable Mask. My masks took a while to arrive but COVID has already affected most facets of our lives and this is another. It was worth the wait as the masks are great quality and very comfortable to wear. I would have no hesitation in recommending these masks to my friends.

The adult size Smartcover 3-layer mask easily covers from my chin to just below my eyes. The elastic straps are sturdy and easy to adjust. And the hydrophobic coating is a nice bonus. The one downside is that the metal insert along the top does not work as well as it should. It feels like it has a permanently loose joint or fold right in the middle. This means it can't tightly "shape" around the nose, which in turn means exhaled air still escapes through the gaps and will fog up glasses if you wear them. All other edges do fit securely and tightly, and you still get plenty of air while inhaling. The mask is packaged securely in tightly sealed medical-grade pouches, although I suspect this might be part of the reason for the metal strip not reshaping and sealing as well as it could, as the mask ships folded in half. In short, 4 stars if you don't need glasses, 3 stars if you do. (Also, if ordering from Australia, shipping times can take several weeks, which is stated on their FAQ but not the ordering page itself, or at least I didn't notice it when placing the order.)

I bought SmartCover FFP2 mask. It's impossible to get a reliable seal no matter what I tried. I can feel the air escaping from the top and my glasses steam up continuously because of the air that is escaping.

For all the single-use FFP2 masks I am able to get a proper seal easily. The problem seems to be a really flimsy nose wire compared to the other FFP2 designs I tried. Would not recommend it

I bought some Smart Masks last year after doing some research on the most effective masks against the Covid 19 Virus. The WHO recommended the Smark Masks to protect the wearer as well as those in the Community.

I was very pleased with the ease of using the masks. I recently bought another batch of 5 and was delighted that there had been some improvements in the design of the mask. The looped adjustable earfittings felt more safe as a snug fitting was more assured. Also the flexible metal strip helped the nose to be snuggly fitted under the mask as well, without leaving any gaps for any virus to get through into the nasal passages or via the mouth. I am very pleased with the new design and find the masks very easy to use.

Never hesitate to order from Smart Cover. I first ordered in January was really pleased with the quality and comfort of my masks. I re ordered in July for myself and family and unfortunately my order got lost. The staff were fantastic in keeping in touch and trying to track down my order but in the meantime they reshipped my order. I now have my original order and intend to arrange purchasing the reshipment when it arrives for other family members. I previously ordered the first generation smartcover masks which have been great but starting to bobble slightly but still super comfy and I saw the ffp2 masks advertised so thought I'd give them a go.

They are a huge improvement on the original mask with regards to fit. The adjustable nose bridge allows a snug fit and great when wearing glasses to avoid misting.

The masks look a bit odd compared to the old masks as there appears to be an excess of material at the front, however this extra allows much easier breathing when the top of the mask is sealed with the nose bridge. I find the inside of the mask builds up moisture more but not uncomfortably

Had to wait longer than expected for delivery as there was a supply issue but great communication from smartcover
