I'm very happy with the service. I've been using it for several years now and 99% of the time it works flawlessly and even if there's some issue it's always quickly resolved. Easy 5 star service!

Any company can sell a product, but it's when the product doesn't work as it should that you find out how good they really are.
I've been using SDP for several years now, following the demise of my previous Smart DNS provider, & whenever a problem happens the service is always quick & resolves the issue.
Works well for unblocking most streaming TV channels without the problems associated with using a VPN - IP getting blocked, slow connection especially with multiple streams at same time.
Overall, excellent!!!

I have used Smart DNS for many years. Whenever I have had an issue they respond very quickly and have always provided a solution, normally straight away but sometimes it would longer, not surprising given the service they are providing. They are very reliable.

I have been a customer for over 10 years in multiple countries the service is second to none. They are awesome at playing the cat and mouse game with the streaming services. It may go down once in awhile but a simple email reporting the outage in your country and they get it resolved in a couple hours or so.

Smart DNS Proxy is highly recommended if your priority is unblocking geo-restricted streaming content at the fastest possible speed and the lowest possible price, and you value responsive customer support.
Customer support is excellent, fast, and highly effective at diagnosing and resolving issues, particularly those related to streaming service blocks. I had reported a recent issue with Amazon apps not loading and it was resolved within couple hours.

I've used Smart DNS Proxy for many years now. Firstly; it works! From time to time updates are needed to accommodate changes made by streaming providers. These are generally applied within a day or two without any need to contact Smart DNS. When I have had to contact them, response times are really fast with problems solved within hours.

I’ve been using this service provider for over 8 years now. The reassuring thing is being able to reach out the tech team/customer support when any awkward issues appear.
They always respond and always resolve the problem.
I wouldn’t consider using a rival provider why would I as I believe im already with the best.

I've been using Smart DNX Proxy for a couple of years to great satisfaction. Technical issues are very rare. But today I had one such issue so I contacted customer support - I got a response within 15 minutes, and with their guidance and instructions the issue was sorted out and everything is back to working great!

Most tech companies are good at selling themselves but not so good at reaching out to you when something goes awry. SmartDnsProxy is an exception. I have been with them now for a few years and they have never let me down with their excellent customer support

Their responsiveness and quality of support is really outstanding. Most of the time I had no technical issues with their service. And if I had an issue, it was resoved in a matter of hours most of the time.

Had a router problem which was resolved quickly and professionally.

The two things that make Smart DNS Proxy Customer Support so valuable are:
1. How fast you get a response, often minutes and not even hours.
2. The absolute energy that is put in to get any matter resolved.
I am not aware of any other business that is so on top of matters as the Help Desk with Smart DNS.

I have been with Smart dns for about 10 years and have always had great service from them. Always helpful, courteous and patient. I would thoroughly recommend them for your VPN or DNS Proxy.

I've been using SmartDNS for 6 or 7 years now and it is a brilliant service. Works nearly all the time and on the rare occasions some service stops working, customer support is excellent and they'll get you back working again quickly. Only thing lacking is a VPN app that works on a Firestick but you can still load a free OpenVPN client and use the SmartDNS openvpn profiles, just a bit more effort required.

Very reliable, the only times I have had any problems the support has been fast, friendly and efficient!
