This is probably my 5th review of this company. Lets face it they offer a service that keeps getting screwed with because we are screwing with them. They respond quickly and always within 24 hours. I cannot say enough great things for them as they have THE BEST customer service I have ever had to deal with!

Have been using SmartDNSProxy for a number of years. The VPN app is really easy to use and a great service for being in different locations when needed.

Great support. I have been subscribed now for 4 years and only had single issue with Android application, and they sent me an updated version of the application after doing initial diagnosis, otherwise their service is quick and helpful!

I have used SmartDNS Proxy and VPN for approx 2 years and only recently had a problem with my VPN Connection. The Team helped my work through the problem until i got it working again. It was an update required for my router setup, which was in need of a file update. I was sent a link to the latest version which fixed the problem. My setup is a bit out of the ordinary, but they were able to sort it out. Excellent work.

I have had my account for a number of years now and recently changed my ISP from a provider that gives a static WAN IP to one that gives a dynamic WAN IP.

This caused me issues of 'no internet' daily. I reached out to technical support and within 30 minutes of each query I had they came back with a response.

The tech team were very patient and throughout the day we found a solution!

I am full of praise for this provider and their proxy service. I wish they still had the live chat because that was instant, but the email support is great... just not instant!

I've been using their DNS service for years now, which is an important thing in this world of services coming and going. although i tried other similar services, i always kept coming back to them, because of the reliable service they provide. ive had issues over the years with certain websites, streaming platforms not working, but their customer service is great, they reply quickly and solve the problem, if possible. also, they are not just a smart dns service, they also provide vpn, which might not be as advanced as others, but if you're mostly interested in fighting the geo-blocking of streaming sites, for that, it works fine

I have been using them for many many years now. I think it’s almost 9 years today. Really great product and excellent customer service and the prices are hard to beat. Highly recommend them. The service is also more versatile because it includes both a very secure, VPN and a DNS service that you can integrate easily into your home modem or Apple TV or any such product with very easy to use instructions and really responsive customer service.

They didn’t have service I wanted so I had to cancel renew but they handled it very professionally. They are good people !

Unparalleled service. Any time I have had an issue (which is maybe 1-2 times a year) the team has responded to my email within 15 mins. 95% of the time the problem has been resolved within an hour. This is why I have been with them for almost 10 years now. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have been using these guys for a good few years now. I would say...the uptime is about 99%. When it is down..they are very fast at fixing it.

There are real advantages to using a service like SmartDNS...as opposed to a VPN.

1. When you connect to a service via SmartDNS...any streams that you get are coming direct from the source. There is no VPN server in the way to slow down the connection. This means...you get the best possible quality that your connection can cope with.

2. If you put the settings into your router...the entire house gets the benefit of the service. Any device that connects to the router is routed through SmartDNS.

3. SmartDNS targets only the services that need to be routed. This means...TV is played from the country of your choice...but the rest of the internet stays local to your real location.

4. SmartDNS also gives you an actual VPN...for times when you nee to access other services, like your bank or government services.

5. Using the VPN service...you can take your connection with you on holiday. Granted..it isn't as fast as using the DNS service..mbut it works well.

6...and the biggest advantage. Price. We paid 37euros for 3 years of service and you can buy lifetime for 200euro.

7. Customer service are really fast to get back in touch if you need help.

The service is excellent and in case of any issues the support is quick to respond and resolve.

I highly recommend SmartDNS – they are by far the best VPN provider out there. The support from their team has been nothing short of exceptional. They truly deliver on the commitments made on their website.
