Elderly Scam

Alas, if you're reading this your elderly loved one has already been scammed. My mother in law has dementia and Alzheimer’s and has absolutely no tech. She struggles to use her remote control. They sold her a tech package over the phone and they took approx £250 from her account. I put in a Data Subject Access Request over 30 days ago so that I could hear the sales call for myself. They haven't responded. Neither, after many calls and emails, have they refunded her money. Keep telling me that it's being processed by accounts. I don't know how these people sleep at night. It's disgusting.
