Smarter Contact is an amazing platform and they have taken my lead generation to the next level. The platform is very easy to operate and when ran correctly, it provides you with great leads.

I like testing new systems to make our real estate operation run smoother, and after a partner recommended Smarter Contact, I haven’t looked back. We tried Launch Control before this, but Smarter Contact has a smoother interface and has become a core part of both our acquisitions and dispositions. It’s already helped us lock up multiple contracts and find buyers ready to rock, and from what I’ve seen, it keeps getting better — easy to use, faster replies, and solid deliverability. What really stands out is the support. Ariane’s been super helpful on our calls and actually takes the time to walk me through the extra steps. I’ve picked up some really useful tips just from a few sessions. For a small team starting to ramp up volume, that kind of support goes a long way. We’ve been using Smarter Contact for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The platform is pretty easy to figure out, even for someone who’s not super techy, and it’s helped us stay consistent with follow-ups. One thing we’ve appreciated is how it handles bulk messaging while still keeping deliverability high. It’s also nice that it takes care of things like carrier compliance and spam filters in the background so we don’t have to worry about that as much.

What’s made it a great experience for us is honestly, the support team. They’ve been quick to respond and super helpful whenever we’ve had questions. It feels like they’re actually listening to feedback, which is refreshing. Smarter Contact does a good job of balancing features with ease of use. There are still a few things we hope they keep improving, like more detailed reporting and maybe better contact filtering, but overall they’re doing a great job and we’ve found real value in using it.

Company is illegally telemarketing to those on Do not Call List.

I was lured into joining the platform on a higher plan under false advertisement. I was sold on a special promo price but then once you joined, they refuse to charge me the special price but only the higher and regular price. I complained and they keep acting sympathetic and pretending they're working on it. After about a year of using the product, since you're charged on a quarterly base, they tell me the promo was only when you signed up. I showed them the screenshot for the offer, I also still have the link to the offer. There's not even a fine print anywhere, that says you won't be charged a higher price. I don't deceitful, false advertising practices. To me at this point, there's no difference between this company and the United Health ceo's integrity.

I don't recommend this company at all simpily because my card got charged 600$ for a subscription and they won't refund 1 day past. What kind of company doesn't have a grace period or honor someone who doesn't want the service. On top of this I never used the software one time.

Slimy, I will never use this company, many other options.

I get to send out my SMS campaign to everyone that I want to with ease. After a few days I get metrics on my previous campaign and they help me out a lot in terms of what to do for the next one so that Its going to be even more effective.

Really simple platform with a lot to offer, I cant wait for future updates on new features.

I’ve been using smarter contact for about a month now. So far I’ve sent out over 20,000 messages and landed one massive deal that should be my biggest yet if it closes (over $100k). I also have 2 others pending, and many more leads to follow up with! I’m so glad I decided to give it a try, it is well worth the money! My delivery rates have been staying around 90% and my response rate is averaging between 20-25%. If you are looking for an SMS platform that works in 2024, smarter contact is the only option! The support is also great if you need help with anything, they always respond quickly! My only regret is waiting so long to give smarter contact a try!

Company is always upgrading their UI, tremendous uptime for their texting platform and responsive staff

This system is the best at what it does. Hands down, Smarter Contact is the #1 option for SMS and a highly effective outbound marketing tool.

These people steal your money, they're plans are awful. Horrible experience with their customer service. Happy to provide proof to anyone.

After initial issues in Dec, the company stepped up and delivered big time, no complaints!

Read the terms of service carefully. They will issue no refunds whether they provide you service or not. In my case, I paid $799.00 per month and had no service for close to 40 days. I ended up going to a competitor after suffering significant revenue losses.

I am happy to report I now am having a great experience with Smarter Contact. After some issues with the platform, they have fully restored functionality and the CEO called me personally to make sure I was happy. They have even added a few functions that I recommended which is great to see a company take seriously and execute on. I would recommend them.

I was privelaged to use this App daily as an Acquisition Specialist. I found the simplicity, functionality, and overall ease at which I was able to retrieve data and then use it within the parameters of the App allowed for fluid navigation and translated into positive work outcomes. I would enjoy working with Smarter Contact whenever it is available. It was reliable and proved to be invaluable.
