Terrible service Fake reviews and once money paid no support for enabling the solution. They do not supoort once money paid. WhatsApp reviews all fake and the solution are useless and then marketing presented is untrue. The subscription refund guarantee is fake and this is a scam to harvest funds. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bad service and no respect to the policy of 7 days money back guarantee

This service is the worst by all meanings…it is not user friendly and not kids friendly and their solution to make it kids friendly is to exclude categories…what the hell is this? Am I forced to pay for something that I can’t control? Kids sees different categories than adults but that does not mean adults can’t watch movies or attend series.

They say they have money back guarantee with your packages for 7 days. Then when you see the service is not what you need and you ask for a refund they tell you that their administration department requires a valid reasons for refund, I am still with the first 7 days of the money back guarantee and they are asking for that.

I am talking to their support, i provided them with all my arguments and they still insisting on the fact that they won’t refund…
Their app links in their website says it is not available in Spain and when they say that they insist it works but if you download it from AppStore it says this content is not available in your country…they give another app but it is by all meanings not kids friendly…not easy to use and not even tv friendly…channels has no icons and not even clear names

For a kid with 9 years it is impossible to find a channel with this User-experience in their apps.

AVOID THIS SERVICE GUYS I SWEAR I REGRET EVEN THE MOMENT I ENTERED THEIR WEBSITE

Adding to that? Their Paypal support email address does not exist!!!
