I doubt that the glasses are original.

I received my glasses about three years ago. they always felt uncomfortable, wrongly shaped and a bit weird-looking. A week ago I tried 100% same model in a store in an airport. This made me wonder if the glasses I ordered were genuine. The same model in the shop felt much more comfortable, looked better and fitted my face 100%.

I received good customer service when I ordered, but not so sure if the products are real brands.

Following the recent problems I received with my glasses prescription, I am grateful to Lauren from Customer Services who has helped me to resolve the issue. A courier was arranged to collect the glasses and I received a full refund once the glasses were in Transit. Although it has been a long process since my initial order back in July, my faith in using Smart Glasses in the future has been restored. I am very happy with the other glasses I purchased. Thanks for your help Lauren 😊

Do not waste your money with these people they are not uk based they ship out of hong kong there customer service is useless i have wasted so much time with these people have not received my order cannot contact them and their returns page is unavailable

Super disappointed. What a waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews. Take it I'm going to receive my glasses in 2 months too. Delivery order tracker don't work.
I feel there is nothing SMART about this website. I strongly suggest If you have spare time and money than do waste on smart glasses, they will not let you down.
