Really enjoyed our stay for the second time in an ideal location between Kings Road and South Kensington. Very comfortable and elegantly furnished with high quality fitting’s. It was a joy to communicate with Anya from the property management company as she is always very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was quiet, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, and the communication was excellent throughout. The team at Staymo was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions, making us feel well looked after.

The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transport and many of London’s attractions. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to London and highly recommend both the apartment and Staymo to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Street apartment. Nestled on a charming old street in London, it offered a great mix of character and comfort. The living area was bright and inviting, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to feel at home. One of our favourite features was the lovely rooftop and private balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing outdoors after a day of exploring the city. The bedroom was comfortable, and having air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the warmer days. A special mention goes to Anya and her team at Staymo, who were very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their prompt communication and excellent service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making it easy to get around London. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. "

Amber, who works at Staymo was a very responsive, helpful and a friendly host. House manual to the apartment was excellent. Location was fantastic, very near the park, tube station and all the amenities. The apartment was nice and cosy. There was a few issues, getting the key was difficult, had to collect it from a shop which was a 15 min walk, there was steps to the building which was very hard with 2 prams and the front door of the building was very heavy

Great stay in London with Staymo. I stayed with two teenage boys around Elephant and Castle and it was excellent. Quiet, safe, clean and with great amenities!

The apartment was as pictured. It is in an old building, but the apartment has been updated. We were there during a heatwave, so it was uncomfortably warm without air conditioning. There was one fan, but really needed at least one more. This has been communicated and I’m sure provided by now. Aza was helpful and very responsive. And the location is great for walking access to the major attractions.

I stayed with my girlfriend’s at 78b Bramber Road, West Kensington and the apartment was immaculately clean. The location for trips into London could not have been any better. We also used Uber they were on time and professional we felt very safe.
The accommodation is on a lovely clean and quiet street which has a fabulous coffee shop at the end.
The flat was well equipped and all bedrooms had fans as the weather was extremely hot, the bathrooms and all other rooms are modern, light and airy.
The company Staymo do an absolutely fantastic job with the up keep and cleaning.
Our host Amber was amazing nothing was too much trouble also responds to emails instantly,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again in an heart beat.

The property was clean, bright and cheerful. All as described. All 3 bedrooms, including the sofa-bed were comfortable. Fantastic location, close to Piccadilly line tube. Also E3 bus and 65 bus very close. Very easy to get to Ealing Broadway, Kew Gardens or Richmond on the 65. Tip for other guests: You need to place you full palm on the SmartLock to activate it and get the keypad to light up. No amount of tapping or pressing with a finger will work! The property is managed by Staymo, who seemed to me very efficient with communications.

Let's start with the host. Or perhaps I should say Staymo. The listing may have been under "Charlotte", but the whole experience felt like dealing with a property management company rather than an Airbnb host. Messages were answered promptly, but with all the warmth and local knowledge of a customer service chatbot. Restaurant recommendations were about as useful as a Magic 8-Ball, although we found an amazing Vietnamese place around the corner ourselves.

The biggest issue, however, was the parking. The listing advertised free parking included, which was one of the reasons we booked. The only parking instructions were buried in an online house manual and, on a mobile device, were effectively hidden unless you knew to scroll sideways within one section. We parked in the bay matching our apartment number—an entirely reasonable assumption given there was no signage or guidance saying otherwise—and returned home to £200 in parking fines. Staymo declined to contribute despite the confusing instructions.

The flat has seen better days. The shower handle is broken, making it easy to leave the shower slightly on, and the screen doesn't stop water flooding the floor. Judging by the damaged flooring, it's been like this for a while. The extractor fan also doesn't work, and with no bathroom window... let's just say that's an unfortunate combination after an evening of spicy Vietnamese food.

Every saucepan handle was loose, and there were only two teaspoons. We tightened the pans and bought more spoons—you're welcome.

The sofa deserves its own one-star review: less "comfortable place to relax" and more "scaffolding with a cushion cover."

Overall, it felt less like staying in someone's home and more like testing a Staymo algorithm.

Update: To be fair, Staymo did eventually do the right thing. They've updated the parking guidance and refunded the £200 in parking fines, so I've increased my rating to 3★. I'd still love to see the sofa replaced and the bathroom fan brought back from the dead, but I appreciate them resolving the parking issue.

Staymo provided great accommodation via the host Dana Valkova who was very supportive and helpful with everything we needed during our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming, with all the required amenities.

We recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in London, and it was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with my daughters in a Shoreditch apartment looked after by Dana at Staymo, and we had a great experience! The apartment was clean and well organised. It was very easy to get access to, and came with clear instructions. We'll happily stay there again!

I stayed at one of Staymo's properties in Kensington and I was extremely impressed. The booking was last minute on my part, despite this, the process went smoothly and the property itself was excellent. I will definitely use Staymo again.

We stayed in Maida Vale's apartment, managed by Staymo, for four days. The apartment is perfectly equipped; both bedrooms are large, as is the main bathroom. The second bathroom is small but functional. The kitchen and living room are welcoming, and the ceramic hob works perfectly. The sofa in the living room is comfortable. Each room has a fan, which is very useful in summer. The small lawned garden is a bonus. Highly recommended.
