BEST TOOL I'ved used for my email campaigns.

Smartlead is great for managing multiple inboxes for clients, we have multiple clients and being able to safely send email in bulk is a huge pro. The analytics for each campaign are very helpful as well. I like the integration with slack as we can always be notified when we get a reply and stay on top of the campaigns.

Good price. Does the job. I'd say this software is like a Mercades. It will get get you from A to B. But you'l likely break down and spend more time repairing the car then actually travelling to your destination. I'd just spend a few extra bucks and go LEMLIST to be frank

I’ve been using Smartlead.ai for cold email campaigns, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently frustrating.

Almost every month we face a new issue with the platform. Campaigns sometimes don’t trigger at all, even when everything is set up correctly. The analytics are also unreliable — the numbers shown in campaigns don’t always reflect the real activity, which makes it difficult to track performance or trust the reporting.

However, the biggest problem is the customer support. It is easily the worst support experience I’ve had with any software. Responses are extremely slow, and many issues remain unresolved for long periods. When you are running time-sensitive email campaigns, this lack of support becomes a major operational problem.

Overall, the platform has potential, but the recurring technical issues and extremely poor customer support make it very difficult to rely on for serious email outreach.

We send 7 million emails per month and the deliverability by Smartlead is insane.

They also provide great service and have helped ensure my team succeed. They usually answer emails and live chat in 5 minutes and have a great support team that want to see you win.

I've tested at least 5 of these types of tools to ramp up my outreach. This is the one I ended up choosing because its cost effective and has pretty good automations.

Overall they have a solid software, the issue was the support was a bit slow and there were some lags on the software but overall solid firm.

It does what I expect it to. Which is to send a high volume of emails reliably. Most of these platforms are starting to get the same so now I only judge deliverability which here is very decent.

It's not the most beautiful platform out there. But it has all the features I need for a VERY competitive price. I'm on the Unlimited Smart plan and I just didn't find as much value for the same price on other platforms.

Pricing is competitive and most of the features you really need are there. I thoroughly recommend!!!!

I love Smartlead.ai I've been using this platform as an email sender consistently for over 2 years, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best companies that I've worked with for our agency. I send over 5000 emails a day and they land in the inbox, and I get responses from actual leads.
I use it to send campaigns for my clients and they get great results too. Smartlead even recently went as far as REDUCING their costs for their users. Originally, you could keep a certain amount of leads on the platform without paying to host them, but about a month or two ago, they removed that restriction. Now instead of 50K leads that you can keep on at the price point that I have, I can know have an unlimited amount, which has allowed my sending to go through the roof!
I host 292 email addresses and the system gives me notice every time one is limping or not performing as it should. Now, I've never used one of their largest competitors (which I know a lot of people use and get good results) but I'll never need to since Smartlead has been super reliable. Their at chatbot is really good too, if you have questions or need assistance. A+ to this great company. Keep up the good work.

The best outreach platform on the market! From sending high volume outreach campaigns to managing all the data within the platform via SmartAgents and Global Analytics. Constantly adding new features and truly making it so easy to connect prospecting on all different channels.

Terrible support, buggy product. Please everyone who reads this, don't waste your money. I literally spent 2 months trying with their customer support trying to fix some issues with NO success. It is cheap, but still not worth it.

Be careful since it's quite impossible to cancel this tool. The cancellation option is hidden behind a massive amount of questions and surveys.... and even after that I couldn't cancel it. Just pause for 2 months. After contacting support they answered in a few hours, but then still said I'd have to wait up to 48 hours for them to "review the cancellation request". Which is just ridiculous. I've spent way too much time on this and still have no idea whether I'll get the plan cancelled or will just have to block the card.
