THEY APPARENTLY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SELF CONTAINED AND SHARED ACCOMMODATION! snooty stick insect agent with oversized puffer jacket and superiority complex wasting my time and money.

My first experience was great as the staff was very helpful and greeted me warmly.
It took a few days only to get things sorted out .
Very explicit on the phone whenever I was not sure about things

Used non white British tenants to create fake post about immigrants to stir up racial tension.

Tenants were not aware they were being posted on social media.

Avoid this company unless you want to be posted all over social media for race bait!

They really helped me with the property that felt like a home to me and the process was smooth and quick I really recommend people to try smartlet estate if your looking for a home they always send you text messages to the preferred locations you want to view properties. Really awesome company
