Total SCAM no scale ever received, BEWARE !!

Zero stars - this is a total scam no scale no answers. Canceled my credit card to avoid being further scammed. Do not order under any circumstances!

Scam. Never received scale and same emails as rest of reviewers. Also my cc was compromised shortly after making this "purchase". Seems a tad coincidental. You will never get the scale. Avoid at all costs.

Complete SCAM nothing was sent after whole month.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Like everyone else on here, I have also been scammed. There is no scale. I'm also currently trying to work with my bank to dispute the charge as fraud. The worst part is that Shopify is still letting them operate (reports to them say they aren't in charge of store "policies") and reporting them on Facebook where they are running tons of ads is also fruitless because Facebook won't call them fraud since there's no evidence of fraud on their page and theres no way to send in screenshots of the BS customer service chat or the 20 emails of them "shipping next week" (it's always next week). I hope somehow they get shut down and worse for what they are doing to people.

Complete SCAM! I ordered this MONTHS ago, and never received it! I paid about $70 for it! Some bot with the name “Shamsul” sent me the same exact email twice and said they were backed up and it would be shipped the following week! It has been several MONTHS!! He said this twice, and then said they’d ship as soon as possible. NEVER buy from them!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Less than one star if it were possible. This is a scam! Some name Shamsul...person or bot, can't tell, keeps telling me it is ready for shipment, or he will check with his team, or he will try to cancel. I used two different emails to contact them and the script is the same. DO NOT PURCHASE. Who do we contact to shut them down. Everyone contact the social media platform where you purchased and get them removed.

I ordered this scale months ago and they never sent it. They did respond to my emails inquiring about where it was in the delivery process but they gave different answers each time and now refuse to refund me for the product i never received. no shipping to track either despite telling me at one point they showed it had been delivered. another time after this I was told it was about to be shipped.

I purchased the scale in April and after numerous email stating that my item is being shipped, i havent received it. After requesting a refund multiple times, I keep getting random emails that someone will get back to me or my order is being shipped out this week. what a shame

This is a complete scam. I was harassed through social media to make a purchase. After buying the product, I was forced to pay insurance for potential theft or loss. Despite the seller claiming that the item had been delivered, I neither signed for it nor received anything. I'm currently in the process of contacting my bank to secure a refund.

Do not buy. Purchased for £64 and was sent a scale which was worth about £5. The picture of the item purchased does not look anywhere near like the same scale. The small scrappy bit of paper in the box gives you a name for an app to download which isn’t the app advertised when purchasing. It’s not got a screen as shown. It has the same screen as a £5 pair of scales. Using bank to return my money as they do not respond to emails despite using the email addresses they give upon ordering, the website etc. worst company or cowboy ever.

I purchased a Smartmacroscale 25th of December but cancelled my order right after. However, they charged the money before sending the goods and have still not received my money back.

I orderd on 08.09.2023 and today 22.11.2023 did not get any informations or my order. Never again!!!
