In the short time we have been using SMARTMD, I have found the service to be of high quality, their support has been excellent and very responsive. I appreciate that the company has been proactive in finding solutions to help my practice become more efficient.

I've been utilizing SmartMD for about a year now. They help us with charge entry whenever my internal team is not be able to handle the volume of claims to make our month close. The SmartMD team responds very quickly to emails and is receptive to feedback. My only pain point has been that they do make some data entry errors. That said, there are several caveats to our billing process that can result in human error if you're not completely comfortable with the systems we use. When I identify these errors, Lorna, the team manager, is great at addressing them with her team and ensuring me that she's done so. I would recommend them to a colleague because they meet deadlines and they're easy to work with.

My transcription and billing are always completed accurately and on time. I can upload my dictation by 8pm and have the final copy by 4am. This makes it possible to have my reports on the fax of a referring physician by 6am the next day. I never hear a complaint from patients about the billing service, and have found them to respond immediately to any questions raised by me.

I recently downloaded the ipad app for my doctor who is a creature of habit and was leery of the modern technology and how it would translate through. He loves being able to just click on a name and dictate while he walks around. No more pushing numbers; he can hear his voice if he needs to correct something. Its all around wonderful.
Setting it up to link with our scheduling system was a bit of a pain but Krudy and the rest of the customer service reps at Smart MD really made it their mission to get it working with our schedule. And that they did! I could not have done it without them and am very thankful for the Smart MD team.

Nandip and his team have gone above and beyond for us. They are extremely quick, and all of my projects have been completed with ample time. In addition, they are of excellent quality. Nandip himself is incredibly responsive and detail oriented. He catches my mistakes and has helped me come up with creative solutions to make clients happy. I've only had great experiences with him and his team!

Having been a customer for six years, I have had the opportunity to both participate and observe as services and features were continually added until SMARTMD became the business that it is today. The staff is always amenable when it comes to helping customers achieve their own business goals and they put forth every effort to assist in creating a seamless experience. This personal attention is, by far, their greatest attribute that also sets them apart from the rest.

We use started using SmartMD once the realization set in with EHR that many visits still needed to be dictated. SmartMD transcribes the doctor's dictation and posts them to the appropriate section of our EHR (with their limited access account), and generates the note for the doctor to review and electronically sign. This process is accomplished (dictation to e-signature) within 24 hours of the visit.

The value: it saves our physician a considerable amount of time. Initially, he was required to sit and essentially transcribe his A&P (1-3 minutes depending on complexity per patient, not counting the rest of the exam) with the patient in the room and generate the note -adding another 30-45 seconds to each visit. This limited his ability to detail everything he wanted and was wearing him out each day. SmartMDs service allows Dr. Baker to see patients with within MU guidelines and also provide appropriate patient care which was lacking before.

Working with SMARTMD has been a dream come true. Transcribing Medical Records is new for our company. SMARTMD has displayed great expertise in the field of Medical Record transcribing, from the best process for scanning, to how to navigate different EMRs, they are experts in the industry. They take pride in delivering the highest quality of work. They check in frequently to ensure that quality is meeting expectations. When deadlines are set, they reliably hit them every time. They are always available and respond quickly to any requests. They are innovative and are always suggesting improvements to the projects we are working on. They have been wonderful to work with and we will continue to work with them for future Medical Records transcription projects.

I have used this service and its predecessor for years, and I am always impressed by the technical accuracy of its typing, its very quick turnaround, and its excellent customer service. I can recommend it highly, and without qualification

I cannot even begin to say how much we depend on SmartMD. I have worked with Jan at SmartMD for many many years, and accommodating is an understatement. Their turnaround is second to none. Often times we receive reports before we even know they were dictated. Our business requires our transcription service to be flexible so we can accommodate our client needs, and that's what we get with SmartMD. They fulfill ALL of our needs. We never have a problem with their quality. Their reporting system allows you to access work pending, work completed, and retrieve historical/admin information for tracking purposes. We have been using SmartMD to assist our transcription operations for several years with our 6-location podiatry practice. SmartMD transcription is extremely accurate, and I've never had any issues with customer service.
