Who is Smart Money Capital?
I didn't even deal with this company. They ended up having some company called Cordoba Legal contact me. Cordoba Legal convinced me that they could get my personal loan lowered so I signed an agreement with them. As soon as I did, they stopped all contact with me. I saw in my agreement that I had 10 days to cancel it, so I did.... after 3 texts, 3 calls, and 3 emails. I don't even know who Smart Money Capital is and they obviously work with shady businesses.

Seems like a scam to me
Seems like a scam to me, baited me with a lower interest rate on a loan than I had on my classic car I recently purchased. I have little debt, assets, and over an 800 credit and they offer me their best rate at 15%. Please do not waste others time with a clear bait and switch in terms from 5.99% to what approaches a preferred credit card rate. Now I am trying to get the lenders to remove my email and contact information after they sold my information to loan sharks. I do thank you for the response below but I have to wonder if anyone actually gets that 5.99%. I already went out and used my credit card to purchase some of the building materials for the garage versus the loan that was offered. I know I'm over an 800 credit with very little debt,so I have to wonder who actually receives a 5.99 percent loan at the current lending rates from most institutions.

They are scam
They are scam. I get preapproved for a loan 39K after they run my credit score and is running good 670 they told me im not qualify even for $1000. So I get inquiries from them because they’re on my credit.
Don’t try to apply be careful from this scam

I received unsolicited loan offer in the mail with the words ‘PIN ENCLOSED’ clearly visible to the public!!! Anyone could have stolen this mail and applied for a loan in my name with that PIN number. They put identity security at risk!

I really didn't know what to expect but…
I really didn't know what to expect but William explained things to me and was extremely patient when I was having trouble understanding things at first.
I was under the impression I was applying for a loan to pay off my debt myself,but he went above and beyond to explain to me how the escrow account worked,how the company did all the work negotiating with my creditors to get my debt down and I am now only making one lower monthly payment.
We are so so grateful to William and Smart Money for working with us.
