Very bad experience ordering Christmas gifts and cards

While in the past I had a good experience my last one with Christmas cards and gifts was awful. Orders placed on the 11th of December never arrived until today (besides 1 item out of 6) and till now there is no track and trace information. The items were due 20 to 21 and one of them on the 23rd of December. On top the customer service has not been helpful at all, despite my efforts to contact several times, they have not provided assistance. I had to stress last minute buy other gifts while already paid smartphoto.
