I am very pleased with the whole operation of fitting my Zappi EV charger. From my first enquiry, Smart plc were very helpful. I was concerned at the complexity of the installation being in a barn garage some distance from the house. But with their guidance I went ahead and was very pleased with the way their engineers carried out the installation. I would recommend Smart Plc to others.

Excellent work they came on time as they said only took them 3 hours to fit the zappi.

This was quite a complicated EV Charger (Zappi) installation in a garage that is separated from the house. This required the full set of new consumer unit, a Harvi and a Hub to integrate the Zappi with the solar panels and inverter, with much laying of cable through the attic of the house, down the garden and into the garage. The whole experience from quote to completion was excellent with good communication throughout and a very neat end product. I would be very happy to use Smart again and recommend to others.

I used Smart to install an EV charging point. A thoroughly good experience from end to end. Good comms, friendly people and most importantly a high quality job. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anybody who needs a similar job carried out.

Amazing service, from original quote, through the process, manages to push me forward with the installation date (as they had cancellation), 2 guys arrived on time, did a great, neat and most important professional job. Then they showed me how to use the app, change settings etc.

Smartplc are a fantastic company who operate with complete professionalism and efficiency. The job I required was fairly complex and involved yet they maintained a calm and friendly manner at all times. I was kept up to date with any changes/discoveries as they cropped up and their problem solving was first rate. This all along with a fair cost and prompt service meant that the work was carried out in no time. The crew were tidy and careful how they worked and always hoovered up before leaving. I highly recommend using this company, you will struggle to find another firm with such high standards of work and customer care.

The 2 man team who arrived were ultra professional and kept me in the loop with the whole install. Asking me where the cable from the DB was best for me etc. The team cleaned up everything during and after the completion of the works. The App was explained to me and explained about future proofing the system for Solar install or Ground Source. Good job all round.

Charlie and the team at Smart Plc were a dream to work with. The installation of the charger went as smoothly as possible. Their quick response to all my queries was a huge plus. I can not recommend them enough.

I can't recommend Smartplc.com enough. I may be a lowly domestic punter with minimal networking needs but they treated me with the kind of patience and respect one might reserve for a major business client. From Russell's site survey to Chris's tidy installation, I always felt in the best of hands. My home office is now lightning fast; more importantly, the kids' X box is even faster. And you'd barely known they were here. A nailed on five-star rating.

This is one of the most impressive company's I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. From the first visit to the office right through to carrying the work out. They offered great advice on how to do things without spending huge amounts of money, their work ethic is second to none, nothing was too much trouble and the guys were friendly, helpful and funny so they are obviously happy in their jobs. This kind of company is hard to come by, you will be in safe hands and I cannot recommend them enough.
