Did not hear back.

I've uploaded my X-ray but never heard back from them. I have not paid any money but still provided personal information and I have no idea what happened to them.

Fantastic second opinion experience!!

I recently received a confusing and scary report on an MRI from a hospital here in the United States, and was having a hard time getting anyone to clarify for me what it meant.

Dr. C******* from smartradiologyopinions.com gave me a fantastic second opinion -- far more detailed than the hospital's report, and even took the time to answer my specific questions in a message accompanying the report (I had taken a screenshot and drawn arrows pointing to some things that I wanted to ask what they were). I am very, VERY happy with the quality and thoroughness of the report I received.

Customer service from the website support team was good too. Something went wrong with uploading my images via the order form, resulting in my Paypal being charged without them actually receiving my order/details. I contacted them to fix this, and the support team quickly got my information and files. They also refunded my Paypal, and said they would wait to have me pay again until they had made sure the problem was resolved and they could proceed. I didn't ask them to do that, but the fact that they did so voluntarily makes me feel that they are very honest and trustworthy!!

I also really appreciated that there weren't any attempts to raise the price after they found out I was from the United States (which is something I have encountered before).

When I was researching second opinion services, I found that this website is part of Heidelberg Medical Consultancy & Health Tourism, which is a company that helps people who want to go abroad for medical treatment. Looking at info/reviews for the parent company made me feel more confident about ordering from smartradiologyopinions.com even though I couldn't find any reviews for them (yet!). Hopefully this review will help other people who are trying to find a good second opinion service -- I highly, highly recommend them!!!
