Jacob contacted me the day prior to the appointment to arrange a time. he arrived promptly as arranged and was exteremly pleasant, professional and efficient. He checked the necessary repairs with me and set to work.
The work was completed in a couple oh hours to a high standard.
Wouild definately use Jacob again and recommend him to other friends.

Utterly atrocious, first appointment for a dent and colour touch up and the repairer failed to turn up on the agreed date. When he did turn up, he was late and then said he couldn't match my car's paintwork. Next repairer booked, had to wait nearly a month for the appointment. This was all arranged by The Smart Repairs and therefore I assumed they had checked the next repair person could match my car's paintwork. He turned up today and told me he can't match the paintwork. So, after 6 weeks and three days of my time waiting in, I am no further forward. Do not ever use.

I had a series of scratches on the passenger door of my car so I used the SMART people website to get a quote. It was a very easy process. I filled in the form, added photos and had a reply the next day. It was a very good price and I accepted.
Steve Brown, the nominated repairer, was excellent throughout. He was polite, kept me up-to-date regarding appointment times (they changed due to the extremely hot weather) and did a beautiful job on the door. NB Steve did not need to do as much work as expected and the cost was quickly adjusted down by the company.
Overall, I was delighted by the work done and highly recommend the SMART Repair People and Steve. Thanks to all of you and well done!

Great experience with Smart Repair. They gave the best quote of all, and gave me options to choose the repair date. Sam from Autobody Aesthetics was the assigned executive. He did a patient and fabulous job in fixing the scratches and dents. I recommend Smart Repair and Autobody Aesthetics highly.
