Boycott Smartshavy a Scam company.

After I dropped my review here, Smartshavy saw it and reached out to me on the 10th of September through the same customer service attendants I have been exchanging over 26 emails with and this is what she has to say.
"I understand your frustration. What I will do is open a refund request for you.
This process normally takes around a week but could take a little longer in certain circumstances. I will keep you updated. We have generated a replacement for you under the tracking number. However, there may be a delay in delivery due to issues with the courier. In order to retain our valued customers, we are offering a full refund.You are also requested to please delete the review from trust Pilot."

Till date, I have not seen the order neither have I been refunded. This was an order I placed on the 7th of April. And up till now, I have no order neither do I have a refund. Do all you can to boycott this scam of a company. This is my second review and I am doing all I can to ensure many order people do not fall for this scam.

Worst shaver ever

Worst shaver ever ! As I tried to remove the existing top part it cut my finger had 4 stitches and the other topper didn't touch my leg hair what so ever .. cheap nasty product

Removing the head is actually super easy when done correctly. To change or replace heads, place your thumbs on the back of the Smartshavy (the blank side). Push gently towards the front in an upward motion. The head will separate from the body. Further, Smartshavy is designed for a smooth and close shave. False Promises and No Support

My experience mirrors the previous reviewer's. This company is an absolute nightmare! They boldly advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee and 24/7 support, but it's all a cruel joke.
My attempts to contact them have been met with nothing but automated, useless responses. I bitterly regret not reading reviews before purchasing from them. I'm now resorting to involving my credit card company to recover my money.
This is a terrible company. Save yourself the headache and avoid scams!

Do not order this product! I ordered weeks ago the shaver and replacement head's. Checked amazon exactly same product available for a quarter of the price. Messaged to cancel order. Replied too late on its way. Emailed 3 further times for a refund told each time on way. Disgusting service absolute rip off! Still not got product or refund

***Beware*** Scam alert

When you write negative reviews here, soon you'll get an email from them saying the refund has been processed and request to take down negative review. This is their usual tactics and you never gonna get refund. This is just to remove negative comments. I can't post screenshots here, otherwise I would have.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from them. Got items delivered, cheap rubbish. Returned items for full credit due to how crap it was. They returned back to me. Now going through credit card for full refund.

Used shaver received!

I ordered 2 of these thinking I'll save money - absolute waste! And to top it off, absolutely horrendous customer service!
1 box came damaged, the other shaver came with the switch on and had hair in it!!! Erm...Ew and no thank you!
I emailed them with photos, they said they can't do anything without a video and kept talking about the functioning of the shaver *facepalm* !!!

They clearly are not even reading what I'm writing, so I didn't even bother wasting my energy after this.

I decided to try out the none-used shaver last week, after 6 months of it being at the back of the cupboard - omg what a pile of junk! When it touched my skin I was scared it's going to rip my skin off, and it says to get the fine hair to use that mesh roller looking thing... it does absolutely nothing!!!

I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this, I could have given it to charity instead!

Should've been a Christmas gift

I really regret not looking at the reviews for this product. I ordered my smartshavy probably 6/8 weeks ago. I received an email saying my smartshavy had been delivered last week. I've not received my order, there was no photograph of it being delivered and I DEFINITELY DIDNT SIGN FOR IT. My emails to smartshavy have had the same response. They are not responsible for the delivery side of things. I'm fuming and feel like I've been ripped off. The smartshavy was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I'm a single parent with 4 children and can't afford to be this much out of pocket.

Stay away! Will be filing fraud with my card company

Stay away!

My parcel never got delivered and they are refusing to do anything.

Not shown on photo as delivered here I live and they are obstinate.

Will be contacting my credit card company for fraud and filing a claim to get my money back.

Do not trust them!

Do not trust them!! been waiting over 4 weeks 5-6 days each unhelpful response, Don’t bother!! Sends faulty device fobs you off for over 4 weeks! Says has sent replacement heads which won’t be the problem. Refuse refund saying against their policy when their refund policy is clearly stated on website, complete liars!! They also delete negative post so they don’t have to deal with it!!!! Absolutely NO 30 day guarantee or 24/7 support!!!

I have just received my parcel this…

I have just received my parcel this afternoon. Before I opened it, I could tell straight away by the packaging that this was going to be poor quality. Unfortunately for me I also bought the replacement blades. Will charge it and.attempt my legs in morning. Im not too confident after reading the reviews on here! Absolutely awful

This product is absolutely awful, it has cut me more times than any other shaver, made me bleed and doesn’t even remove all hairs. Despite the company saying they have a 30 day money back guarantee and 24/7 support, it’s actually impossible to get in contact with anybody. My emails and Instagram messages have been ignored, the phone number on the website doesn’t work and if you leave a comment on Instagram it immediately gets removed. This is a complete scam and a very shady company. Don’t go anywhere near this product.

I emailed smartshavy before purchasing…

I emailed smartshavy before purchasing from them to ask if this product would be effective very short hair as I shave daily. I was told it would. After receiving the product and trying it I emailed to say I was not happy with it and would like a refund and was happy to sent it back. They have super unhelpful and taking a very long time to deal with my request. Poor product and poor customer service. I would recommend not purchasing from them. Waste of money.
