Shipping was a nightmare

Shipping was a nightmare. When it did finally arrive it’s extremely noisy and feels like it’s ripping your skin off. It does work, just noisy and not for sensitive skin.

No Response

I have emailed Smart Shavy on several Occasions over the last week and haven’t received any response. I want to cancel my order (#66416). Feel like getting through to them on here is my best bet! As they seem to reply to negative reviews more than their customers emails.

Been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for this item. Every time I contact them the say it’s coming with the courier and it won’t be long. Take your money and give you no item!! Should have read the reviews before I bought it!! Disgusting company!!

Pretty sure I got scammed

Pretty sure I got scammed, ordered it 2 weeks ago and nothing... says its with the courier so I contacted smartshavy and they just said, well, its out for delivery not much we can do 🤷‍♀️ like how long do I have to wait??? Its been "with the courier" 2 weeks now!! Its not coming is it...

I Received my smartshavy and let me tell you this is
better then going waxing every month and spending tons of money on waxing. This little gadget is convenient, love that it's really quick and leaves my skin very soft. I would highly recommand.

Item not received but that is my problem!

I contacted customer services to let them know that I had received an email from the courier service to say they had delivered my purchase. They had not delivered to my address as I had been in the house all day. Customer services took 4 days to respond by telling me that they had been told that the item had been delivered so it's my problem if I can't find it!!!

I still haven't received the item. It was delivered to another address, not mine and no replacement was sent because according to this company, I have received it. They asked me to send proof of non-delivery. How can you do that other than to tell them that the item has not arrived???

Awful customer service. Scammed out of my money as no refund or replacement was given. Don't use them!!

Disappointed

I was so anxious to get my shaver. However, the foil head isn't working properly. When I click it on ad directed it only works for short second and shuts off. I remove it and put it on again and it repeatedly does that.
Can you replace it please.

Don't buy this product it's a total…

Don't buy this product it's a total waste of money and does not remove the hair like it shows on the advertisement. Its sad when you want to support these upcoming businesses, but they basically selling you a product they know does not work properly. How disappointing.

Waste of money

After waiting over two weeks for delivery it didn't work when it arrived. It made some noise when used with the foil blade, but didn't remove any hair. When using the main blade all it did was scrape the skin on my legs.

Customer service asked for a video of me using the product, but have since ignored all my emails requesting a refund.

Such a disappointment as the Razor looked amazing in the adverts, but obviously an inferior product and a disreputable company.

Yes I'm really happy with the smart…except the second attachment is broken and it won't work if it can be replaced that would be great

Yes I'm really happy with the smart shavy the only problem that I had was the other attachment that takes a small hairs off the body is broken and it won't attach and it won't do nothing only the main one it came with if he replaced the small shaver one then it'll be fantastic

simple to use and easily transportable

I was pleasantly surprised to be impressed with the Smartshavy. I charged it immediately I received it via USB. I then used it for my underarms and it worked beautifully. 2 weeks later and no regrowth.
