I recently had an outstanding experience with this company, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. The team was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries.

The service, and not only was it delivered quickly, but the quality exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a company that balances great products with such efficient service. I also appreciate how easy it was to navigate their team and how transparent the pricing was.

The company Smart Service Solutions came to my 93 year old mothers house to repair an LG TV and charged £199 for the visit and repair. They then said it could not be repaired at the house and took it away to repair offsite. The engineer confirmed parts were still included. They later phoned and said repair parts were not included and wanted over £400 extra to work on it. Who would wish to pay over £600 to repair a standard TV that was over 7 years old!

If I could give more than five stars I would because the service I recieved from these lovely gentlemen was impeccable , big shout out to Mohammad as he helped me every step of the way as I was new in the restaurant industry, he had helped me with my gas, electric , water phone lines, broadband and insurance honestly being able to get everything done from one individual is truly amazing and very efficient.

Mohammad also helped me out of a dilemma I had landed myself in when maxenpower had coerced me into signing a 3year contract whilst I was under duress, he helped me break the contract with them

Overall I was really pleased with my experience with Smart Solutions and can’t wait to continue doing business with them in the near future

Mo went far and beyond to get me the most competitive deal out there. Did all the leg work and gave us options to best suited for us. Even went to secure a 2year fixed deal.
