During my visit to the Boone, NC service center two appointments ago, I encountered a concerning discrepancy in advice regarding my car's locking issues. When I reached out to your call center, a technician explicitly instructed me never to unplug my handheld device. However, upon discussing this with the technician at the Boone location, named Chris, he provided contradictory advice. When I mentioned the guidance given by your online technician and the service center in Asheville, NC, Chris reacted defensively and rudely. He expressed his displeasure with my feedback by stating, "If you have a problem with me, go somewhere else." I had no intention of causing any conflict; rather, I simply wanted to ensure consistent and accurate information was provided to customers. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I have decided not to return to the Boone, NC service center for any future assistance. I have also shared my concerns on various online platforms to bring attention to the representation of your product. Thank you for considering my feedback.
