We have our under stair storage in over a week now and we are delighted with it. We have 5 drawers and a tallboy. There is so much space for shoes, jackets, boxes and other items that were cluttering up the hall beforehand. We had Jim installing it for us and he was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Smart Storage.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Extremely prompt and personal reply to my enquiry. The fitter Jim was brilliant. He came exactly he was supposed to come, protected my floors and left my hall looking like he had never been there other than the fact that I now had lovely understairs storage.

Dragan was on time and was very polite. He completed the job in about 3 hours and I’m delighted with the end result. Very professional from start to finish. 5-stars. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish my dealings with the company were wonderful. Jim my fitter came and measured up a week beforehand as mine was not the usual configuration of hall storage. Jim also fitted on the day and asked me pertinent questions. He was a pleasure to have in my home and cleaned up everything inside and out afterwards. To say that I am pleased with the results is an understatement. I am so very pleased that I invested in this system and the drawer system and coat handing area has solved all my storage issues. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

Not only was the installer very competent he was neat the way he left everything and he explained when I asked every step of the process. I don’t normally do this sort of thing but in this case the installer and the installation was so good I thought I had to comment

Really happy with the under-stairs storage we had done. Communication was great from the start, and the team were super tidy while working and left everything spotless.

Gavin and Maeve were both really helpful throughout, and what I really appreciated was how easy it was to deal with them – even when a little tweak was needed after the job, they sorted it quickly and without any hassle. Shows they really care about their customers.

The storage looks brilliant and has made such a difference to the space. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial contact with smart storage, dealing with Gavin in sales to today having Dragan coming to fit the storage for us, the experience has been top notch. Gavin was super friendly and answered all my questions and Dragan was a gentleman. He had a tough job as unfortunately being in a new build our floors were never levelled properly. We didn't have the best experience with our builders but Dragan did everything he could to leave us with a really nice finish and that he did. It wasn't an easy job and he made it look easy! Would 100% recommend.
