As with other reviews I've selected one star as that was the lowest rating available. Purchased a blood pressure monitor which worked once. There is no way to contact this outfit and they have an automatic email system which ignores anything outside of some FAQs. Do not waste your money!

One star is too much, do not use this bunch of cowboys. I placed an order on the 24/12/19 and have still not received it, even though it was paid for immediately, and when I put the order number in the tracking box on their website, it cannot find it. Do not use, you have been warned

One Star too many. Order Blood Pressure Bracelet when it arrived no instructions. Charged it up supposed to last for 5 to 7 days after 2 days went flat and lost all the information. Have now emailed them 3 times and still no response. WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Like other reviewers I have been duped by this company. I ordered a wrist monitor £39.99 which arrived after 14 days . It was delivered by a courier and the package appeared as though it has been under a steam roller. The bracelet would not charge. No means of contacting the company other than email links. Responses are by a robot and bear no relation to the complaint. I have returned the bracelet at further expense to a P.O. Box in Sheffield !!!! More money wasted but mounting evidence to hopefully put an end to the activities of this company. BUYER BEWARE RESEARCH FIRST !!!!!

Would not give one star to these people. Ordered a blood pressure bracelet and did not receive it. Waited over 4 weeks . There is no way to contact them as their help only issues a standard message. DO Not order anything from them as it is unlikely that you will receive anything. They are still selling the product that I ordered which I find appalling. How many more are going to be fleeced out their money?. I went through PayPal and they have refunded my money. So glad I used PayPal . There is no way of getting in touch with Smartuply . No phone number no address no email. . Wish I had seen all the appalling reviews first.

Wasted $159.00 absolutely rubbish. They don’t deserve 1 star.

This IS a con. Should have read these reviews before buying. Package arrived as if wrapped by a child. Contents had obviously been unwrapped before and re-packed. USB missing and watch would not boot up or charge up with other USB. It simply does not work.
Emails to Smartuply cannot be delivered so don't expect a reply.

Getting a refund!
If you paid with PayPal or a credit card contact them and they will arrange for a refund. I did and got my money back for this piece of junk. Don’t bother contacting this bunch of con artists, you won’t get anywhere.

Taken £39.99 for a blood pressure bracelet and I’ve heard nothing since. Con merchants .

I so wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the Blood Pressure Bracelet. Unlike the other comments, mine has arrived, but manual in Chinese! I found a Youtube clip which showed me how to operate the bracelet but I've yet to find a single app that it will work with. It doesn't automatically read you heart rate or blood pressure, you have to manually do it. Absolutely no good when I'm supposed to be monitoring my High Blood Pressure. I will be sending back, but see little chance of a refund. Lets hope they are put out of business soon.

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews prior to ordering and also got ripped off. No delivery of blood pressure bracelet after a month and no reply from the company. They should not be allowed to operate.

Zero stars: this is a con operation. The order was paid for but never delivered. And of course my emails went unanswered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RIPOFF OPERATION

Money deducted from my account 4.5 weeks later no deliverer.
Contacted company twice but could get no response from them.
To date no refund and my bank account lighter (permanently) by the purchase amount.

Do not buy from this website, I believe I have conned took my money straight away and still no item delivered 2weeks later. Left emails and asked for a refund and still no reply STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t even give them a 1star rating but had to.

I normally check websites first should have for this site before ordering item.

I ordered an intelligence smart blood pressure bracelet for £39.95 with high expectations.ORDER 13897150. Order arrived through the letter box in an ordinary plastic envelope. Opened package & it was so crushed and with hygiene cover off. I tried charging not knowing I was supposed to receive a charging cable etc. Watched video on YouTube after I battling for 30mins. Suggested app also rubbish. My phone kept freezing. I was matching up & down yrying to count my steps only to realise the damn thing did not charge. It died & I could not charge or do anything with it. I completed a refund form only to realise I pay postage. My opinion, I was sent a previously sold & returned product with incomplete contents. The quality sent was definitely not what I saw on Facebook. It looks cheap. I am just hoping I get my money back. Never again would I partronise smartuply.

Never order any thing from this web I order 2 blood pressure watches in April never received my order. Still wating for my money back. The y just dont bother to replie to your emails .

This company is terrible I ordered a blood pressure bracelet 20 days ago and nothing yet ..is this company really exists? Going to call my credit card and tell them to stop my card ..I’m a bit worried just incase they try to get more money out of card ..is anyone had the some problem?

This company is impossible to contact and gives tracking information that records an error. They have not answered my email and i do wonder if i have been conned!

The product I ordered is now well overdue and I can find no number to call. Does this company actually exist??
