On all occasions I have used SMB I have been very impressed with all staff I have communicated with, they have been polite, informative, adaptable (with technology to send and receive information) and reliable. The service has always been very efficient and it is a shame the big banks in our country do not treat their customers to the same high standard your staff do. It is obviously not an easy time for anyone when they need to borrow money and I must say I have always ended conversations feeling better than when I started them, I first used SMB because my bank manager spoke down to me about a choice of purchase and I will continue to use SMB because the staff have treated me very kindly, despite the higher interest rate on occasions.

Great customer service
Holly made it so easy to apply and not feel embarrassed about it. It was fast and efficient. Funds were in my account in less than an hour. High interest does not bother me if the service is great. It makes it worth while and makes you feel like a valued customer!!
