I bought a 3 bottle shower dispenser, with a 10 year guarantee. The neck of one of the bottles sheered off, so I asked for a replacement, expecting the guarantee to cover this. They asked me to pay £9.60 for “carriage”. The bottle weighs under 50g! And probably costs under 20p! Their guarantees are worthless!
Bought multiple soap/shampoo dispensers as well as other items. They look great and although are quite expensive you feel reassured by the guarantee - well don’t! Smedbo will do whatever they can to wriggle out of any warranty claims. They simply do not care about customers and will throw any obstacle up to try to deter you. Wish I’d never paid for their over-priced goods in the 1st place. Go to a DIY shed or do without but whatever you do AVOID Smedbo!
