Good quality product and service

My dealings with SM Sheds has been very good. Has taken me several weeks after delivery to assemble the shed 5x8 pent roof due to amount of rain. Is now built and looks good and feels quite sturdy. I do have a couple of concerns, 1, instructions not the easiest to follow but 2, my main concern is there does seem to be a lot of condensation from the roof. I did ask if this could be a problem when purchasing and was assured that it wouldn't be. I'm hoping that this will improve as it has been very wet and damp. However, I'm wondering how this can solved ?

Have complained earlier that the product we ordered was of bad design / manufacture in the sense the sliding door is virtually in-operable. There was no response to this complaint / shortcoming.

SM were excellent with their service and over phone help I can not fault them.
I had a 6x4 GLOBEL shed which I found straight forward to build but the instructions must be followed, I did the work on my own although 2 people are recommended, a larger shed would require 2 people. My only slight complaints are :- I had 4 holes that did'nt align so had to drill them out ( no big problem) and also found the threaded screws difficult to get the nuts on, if they were just 2/3mm longer they would be perfect. Finally I'm not impressed by the lock but they are only about £2 to buy a good easily secured one.
All in all I'm very pleased with the shed, and can not fault SM Garden Sheds.

Excellent order process from customer services. Even price matched another supplier. Long lead in time but in no rush. Kept me updated throughout. Delivery by excellent driver who unloaded straight into garage. When erecting the steel shed a few pre drilled holes a little off centre but manageable. Unfortunately the wrong fitting pack was included with 2 supports missing. Following a phone call the missing parts where delivered the following day. All in all a great experience and superb value for money compared with a wood shed.

Quality products. Very good initial service and kept up-to-date with when delivery will take place. Every confidence in the company going forward. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the condition of the product. When i first ordered i was told there was one bench left, which i thought was good. I did not appreciate that as my bench was last in the line it would be so poorly finished, and several parts did not match.
I believe if the product if in good condition would be value for money, but as it wasn't, well there you are. I have been asked to take pictures, but as i am unable to do this digitaly i am no further forward.
Better monitoring of goods despatched may be the way forward.
