Differing definition of Wireless
Bought a wireless Waterflosser from this company
To advertise something as wireless when referring to phones, toothbrushes and a myriad of other items intimates it charges wirelessly.
Apparently not with water flossers. It still needs plugging in to a USB port to charge which is the weak point of all flossers and I hoped this one was different, but NO.
As soon as it arrived I contacted the company to have explained by them their take on wireless.
If I paid to post it back to them they would give me a refund. Not acceptable.
Offered 20% discount so I could pass it on to a friend which I accepted.
Incidentally, he tells me the flosser is ok, but please Noone else fall into the trap I did

Good customer service
I bought the water flash machine since 2024 and its still working very well. Last month the water tank of the machine was broken and I contacted the customer service to replace it and they responded quickly and send it to my address in two days. Thank you

I ordered the 5 in 1 water flosser…
I ordered the 5 in 1 water flosser after my hygienist told me to get one and I have only had it a few days and I can say it works great in fact better than I was expecting. The full power setting is quite high so I would recommend starting at a lower setting and working your way up but I’d recommend this to anyone and for the money it’s very good value.
