During the design stage of the process Corinne was unbelievably patient and made all our requested changes with a smile. Samples arrived very quickly and the quality seems great. I can't wait for it to arrive!

We have just ordered our new kitchen, but if the delivery goes as smoothly as the design phase then we have nothing to worry about. Our designer Jennifer was incredible and we would 100% use Smile again. Unlike other brands who hassled us and always have a “sale” on Smile prices were transparent and competitive, and we were never rushed or pressured to make a decision.

UPDATE: Over 24 hours now and Steven still hasn't called. Emily has however left me a voicemail advising that the doors are coming to the warehouse next Monday but will not be getting delivered to me until either Thursday or Friday. TOTAL DISREGARD for me. I still don't understand why I have to wait till end of the week if the item is at the warehouse on Monday after all they've put me through.
Ordering my kitchen from Smile Kitchens has proven to be the worst mistake and caused me so much stress. The only good part of the whole process was the kitchen design with Jon. I placed my order at the end of March 2025, and once the order was passed to the aftercare team, that is where my problems began.
First, I was told it would take a few days after order confirmation to receive my delivery date. It took the aftercare team over two weeks to come back with a date, and by that point I had lost my initial fitter. I managed to secure another fitter and moved the delivery date to 27th–28th May.
On the morning of delivery, I was emailed to be told that some items were out of stock and they were chasing the suppliers for a date, ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. When the “delivery” finally arrived on 27th May, it was nothing short of a disaster. Every single cabinet door arrived without any hinge holes drilled. My design called for 570 mm wall units, but I received 720 mm wall carcasses, and only two 570 mm doors, which wasn’t even the correct quantity. I also did not receive a 600 mm drawer unit, which they claimed was lost in the warehouse. To add insult to injury, I received someone else’s skirting and pelmet, which took over a week to collect. The delivery drivers even left all the pallets in my front garden with no regard.
I’ve had to keep chasing Smile Kitchens for the out-of-stock items, and no one from the aftercare team has had the decency to keep me updated. Dealing with Emily and Steven has been really frustrating. They never give any advance notice about delivery issues or missing items until the van is literally on your driveway. They keep telling me their suppliers only inform them about problems on the day, so why use a supplier like this? I thought being based in Bolton would be better for me in Manchester, but they now claim the suppliers moved offices, hence the delivery issues.
I understand that problems can occur, but a decent company would at least keep customers informed and pacified. SMILE KITCHENS DOES NOT DO THIS AND DOES NOT CARE.
We are still waiting for the 720 mm doors that were reordered. On 12th June they informed me delivery would be 25th/26th June, only for me to message yesterday to confirm, and be told nonchalantly that the suppliers have said “next week.” No firm date, no updates, radio silence until we chase them down again. Every promise they make evaporates into thin air.
I phoned this morning at 9 am to speak to Steven and was told he would call me back in ten minutes. It’s now over six hours later, and not an ounce of decency to call me. I am still waiting and left in the dark. I have had to cancel my fitter once again.
I am also still missing pelmets, which I reported, and I received an email saying the “cornice” would be arriving in July. They don’t even pay attention to my messages.
In every respect, Smile Kitchens and their suppliers are outrageously incompetent. They have not only treated me with little regard, perhaps because I am not an influencer they use for advertising but they have caused me so much grief and ruined the whole “new kitchen” experience.

Jennifer understood our requirements and offered a number of options and ideas. The illustrations (plans) she produced gave us the opportunity to explore these in more detail.

Alicia was our designer and I must honestly say she was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, she worked tirelessly with us, patiently listening to our ideas and preferences, and bringing our dream kitchen to life. We had multiple revisions and multiple tweaks, and she never once made us feel like we were being too demanding. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Alicia was absolutely lovely to work with and we would certainly recommend her to anyone thinking of redesigning their kitchen. Thank you so much Alicia!!

Had a great design experience with both Natalie and Charlotte. Both were very attentive and listened carefully to our goals, making helpful suggestions. Don't hesistate to go with Smile!

The whole design process with Martyn was great! I had a good idea what I wanted but he gave options without being pushy at all with no pressure on buying ‘extras’ that I didn’t need. I changed my mind a couple of times and he was more than happy to adjust and price up a new design for me. We have had our kitchen in now for a few months and it is perfect for our family, I love it!!

The people were nice, and competent but responses were slow and when we needed to ask for something bespoke to be made it took a month to get an answer. We lost faith in the professionalism of the company and this coupled with limited options for our needs meant that we had to go with another company.

As a professional kitchen installer, I wanted to share my experience with Smile Kitchens. I’ve installed several of their kitchens to date, and each time, the process has been consistently smooth and positive.
The company operates with the warmth and attentiveness of a family-run business. The team is friendly, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable—particularly the designers, who demonstrate real expertise in their planning and support. Every delivery has arrived complete and undamaged, which speaks to their attention to detail and logistics.
One standout feature of Smile Kitchens is their innovative removable back panel within each unit. This allows installers to remove the backboard, run services cleanly, install the units square, and then replace the panel seamlessly. It’s a clever and practical design choice that significantly speeds up installation and improves accuracy. Compared to other rigid kitchen units, which are only useful if they arrive perfectly square (which they often don’t), Smile’s approach is a clear advantage.
Their pricing is also highly competitive. On a recent project, the entire kitchen—including a premium Dekton worktop—was priced at £15,000. For the same layout and specification, Howdens quoted £22,000 and Wren £25,000. That’s a substantial saving with no compromise on quality. The fittings, hinges, and systems used are all of a high standard.
In my professional opinion, Smile Kitchens stands out as an exceptional supplier—and my preferred choice for kitchen installations.

Alicia help us design our kitchen and no request was too big! She did a fantastic job and our extra logistically issues were sort with no problems!

We have absolutely loved our kitchen design by Jane. She listened with ease to all our requests and even when the layout of our kitchen needed to be changed (post finding a very large sewer below our extension) nothing was a problem. We adored Jane’s creativity and practical design for our family kitchen. The 3D design made our kitchen come to life and made us really visualise the space. Jane would also add any colours etc of our choosing which was just ideal. Finally, the samples sent in the post were far superior both quality and affordability than Wren or Howden’s. Delighted I scrolled across a Smile kitchen on Instagram.

Jane made the design process easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble and she patiently accepted my multiple requests for changes, samples and information. Jane's communication was spot on - always on hand to speak face-to-face virtually. No sales pressure and honest feedback on design ideas. It was a pleasure working with Jane to design our kitchen.

We have just placed our order with Smile Kitchens after a few months of making decisions on the design.
We had originally visited some local showrooms and start looking at DIY Kitchens, however the lack of design support concerned us. Up popped Smile Kitchens on social media adverts and we had an initial call with Corinne.
We were sold pretty quickly to be honest, Corinne wasn’t pushy and listened carefully to our ideas and offer alternative ideas and solutions too.
I checked the background of the business and was happy with those checks, the sales support and design support was excellent - even after lots of changes because we were still building the extension. Nothing was too much effort and we were constantly reassured.
Our kitchen is now on order and the design pack shared to us went to our fitter who was very happy with all the information contained in it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smile Kitchens and look forward to sharing our kitchen on Instagram Norths_on_the_hill

Fantastic experience with SmileKitchens; our designer Corinne was so so helpful, had fantastic ideas and worked with us to achieve what we wanted. We had numerous calls at a time to suit us which worked really well. The visuals, 3D walk throughs were fantastic. Corinne really went above and beyond for us and helped us over come issues we encountered during our reno. Looking forward to the kitchen arriving and being installed!

It's been a genuine pleasure designing our kitchen with Corinne at Smile. She has been endlessly creative and patient throughout the whole process, making sure everything is within our budget without sacrificing on the luxuries we wanted. The samples we received were amazing quality and made the selection process a breeze. We can't wait to see how it comes to life over the coming weeks!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Smile kitchens! I am possibly the world's most indecisive person, but also the busiest. Corinne Barton was my designer and she was just fantastic. I think in the end I met with around 8 different kitchen designers / company's, it might even have been more. Smile were absolutely stand out for me - I had so many design meetings where we tweaked the plan, and Corinne was sooo patient with me. She was so friendly and also extremely responsive on email. She was not at all pushy, just really really helpful. She was so knowledgeable and was able to make loads of recommendations and suggest things I hadn't thought of. She was not pushy at all and just wanted to get the kitchen right for us. From my experience with other kitchen designers, you had to make time to go into the show room to sit down, and then have maybe 1 other meeting, and it was really difficult making time to visit and often it was hard to contact people. Smile design process was so so handy to be able to have virtual design meetings and design it all on screen right before your eyes, and play around with, rather than just being presented with a plan. They send samples really quickly in the post, and I even had a bespoke colour for the kitchen island which was a seamless process and meant I got exactly what I wanted at only a small price increase. Overall, I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for the price which was beyond reasonable - and cheaper than anything we had been quoted elsewhere! A final big shout out to Corinne who was fantastic start to finish I was honestly blown away.

I've had a great experience so far with Smile Kitchens, the design process has been really convenient and such a lovely experience with Izzy my designer. I've had lots of emails and zoom calls to make sure everything is correct and if I needed to change anything no job was too big or small. It's been a joy. Looking forward to seeing my utility room come together.

Natalie has been fantastic. We had loads of ideas and chopped and changed many times, Natalie helped us visual everything and came up with great design ideas. So far so good, hopefully the finished article is as good as the service so far!

We chose smile due to their epic marketing over socials (kudos to that team) and the quality looked really good for the price
We had Izzy as our designer and she was brilliant I loved working with her and we had some design meetings in the middle of our renovation with me sat in a building site and she was so lovely and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble
We had it delivered just after Christmas but came into some issues with another part of our renovation so the install had to be put on hold for a few weeks
When it came to the install my partner is a carpenter so the this was to be the easiest part of our renovation.
We had some problems when we started fitting with some missing bits and pieces (to be expected) this took a little longer to sort than we would have liked. We spoke to Triona in the end and she and Izzy chased what we needed and got it sorted ASAP so it all worked out in the end
Really pleased with the kitchen the corner larder is by far my favourite part
Thanks smile

Jon from Smile was really lovely to work with. He was incredibly patient and came up with lots of good ideas and solutions for my space. My teen was in the background and when I came off the call he said "he was nice". I couldn't agree more. A really nice experience.
