The design appointment and process with Smile Kitchens was excellent - we had a really constructive initial meeting with our designer Jane who was extremely friendly, knowledgable and proficient with the design software and processes.
The kitchen designs were excellent, and loads of opportunities to adjust/tweak to hone in on the final perfect layout.
I would happily recommend this process to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We've just ordered our kitchen from. Smile and have been really pleased with the experience so far. Our designer, Huse, has been attentive, adaptable to changes and offered many useful ideas to optimise the plan. Receipt of sample cabinet wood and worktop complemented the video design sessions and has allowed us to order our kitchen online with confidence.

We found Smile on Instagram and it was a great experience. Natalie was an excellent designer and offered us a load of options (and didn't mind when we changed our minds a bunch of times!) and all the communication was clear. Recently received our kitchen and it looks lovely. The only place we found the colour we actually wanted. I assumed when my wife first told me about them it would also come with a prohibitive price tag - not the case at all. They beat Wren by miles and only a little bit pricier than Ikea.

We’ve yet to take delivery of our kitchen but so far our experience has been very good. The design process has been very easy and Corinne has made some great suggestions. She’s also been extremely flexible and positive about some last minute changes, this could have been stressful but she made sure it wasn’t. Very excited to take delivery in a few weeks time.

Our designer Jane was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and came up with some brilliant ideas. Have already recommended her to two other people.

We've ordered the kitchen in November, the design process was good and we agreed a delivery date in January. Then, 16 hours before delivery we were told some items were missing (this was a call from delivery people AFAIK). On delivery it turned out more than half items were missing, the cabinets were not fully built, and the two larders that were supposed to be flatpacked for easy modification before fitting, were built). We had to pay our kitchen fitter their daily rate and lost our deposit with them. A week later we were told the fronts we've chosen are not available anymore and we had no choice but to go for a different colour. Since then we had most of the items delivered in batches, some arrived multiple times, some are still missing. It is a total mess. In the last two weeks I had zero communication from Smile Kitchens, no response to my emails. It's been more than 5 weeks now and our kitchen is still not finished due to multiple failures on the part of Smile Kitchens.

We approached Smile over a year ago when we first started on the process of a new kitchen. Natalie was great - she listened to our requirements, gave good insight into what would and wouldn't work and produced a great design. Smile are very happy to send samples which are of a fantastic quality. We didn't feel rushed to decide or under any pressure to commit, just given great service and good advice. We then had to delay the project by 9 months and we returned to Smile, with Nat picking it back up, and once again being really helpful and happy to tweak the designs when we changed our mind re utility storage and needed amendments due to structural requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and we are thrilled with the design. Would definitely recommend.

Consultation a bit laborious waiting for designer to find appropriate units.
Followed my brief but it would have been helpful to have had suggestions beyond what I came up with.

Natalie did a fantastic job of designing our kitchen. She was really patient with my multiple calls and queries and she had lots of really helpful suggestions for making the most of our space. We are looking forward to getting the kitchen delivered and installed! Thanks Natalie

Izzy created a kitchen design for us and was super helpful, patient and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Izzy.

We have been so impressed with Smile - Izzy and the team were amazing and were there for every detail and query we had. My brother had recommended Smile but we were still a little wary of doing everything online as it was a big project. We needn't have worried as the service and quality has been fantastic, as well as the aftercare.

The whole design process has been so exciting, Gemma had such a great concept for our kitchen and suggested things we hadn’t considered. The 3D render Gemma produced really helped us visualise the kitchen and our cabinet colour choice and worktop options. They sent us out our samples quite early on in the process which meant we had time at home to choose tiles and flooring to match.

We’ve just placed our order so haven’t actually received the kitchen yet but can’t fault the process so far!

We didn't choose to go with Smile kitchens in the end but we really enjoyed the process. Emma our designer was really good and did a great job. You get some samples free of charge which help to choose and that you can return for free as well. Their prices are competitive. They are not pushy either which we appreciated.
We chose to go with a local kitchen supplier in the end which teamed up with a builder for our extension and gave us a really good price. Otherwise we would have probably chosen Smile kitchens I have to say.

I had a few design meetings with Emma Irvine who was brilliant. She helped us design a kitchen layout in an awkward space in a way we hadn’t previously considered. She has a natural eye for design whilst listening and incorporating all our ideas too. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Gemma was great! Listened to what we want and came up with creative solutions that we hadn’t previously considered!

We love our new kitchen, beautiful and great quality . The whole process from Smile was seamless, customer support outstanding.

I would highly recommend Smile kitchens to the vast majority of people who are comfortable to discuss their kitchen ideas online.

Although we have not received our kitchen just as of yet, however we are very happy with the service that Smile Kitchens have provided so far especially with the design service with Gemma. A special shoutout to Gemma who was very patient with us throughout the design process and helped us to to have different brilliant ideas for our budget. We have a tight timeline (as new baby arriving!!) and Gemma worked diligently to ensure we get the right design and order in a short time which I am forever grateful!

The design service offered by Smile Kitchens was invaluable in getting the our kitchen, pantry & utility room layouts correct to our needs and function of the spaces. Emma was able to give advice on units sizes etc based on what Smile Kitchens can offer and what would best suit the space. The delivery of sample finishes enabled us to confirm our colour choices for door panels, hardware and workshops. A full design pack was issued to us including plans, elevations of the kitchen and 3D renders of the space which looked great. This gave us confidence that the right choices were made on layout and finishes.

Delivery of the kitchen units included a comprehensive installation guide for our kitchen fitter. Out kitchen fitter noted the quality of the joinery units and doors was a step above compared to some of the well known high street brands.

Where we encountered minor problems like one of the the doors having a scratch. Smile care team were easy to contact and responsive to any issues. A replacement door was delivered free of charge.

Overall design process was great, we had multiple sessions with the designer Emma and never felt rushed into any decisions. This gave us the time and space to come the the right decision on our design. As this is a big investment into our home renovation we wanted to get it right. We are so pleased with the outcome, the kitchen looked wonderful and we feel we have got good value and a high quality kitchen.

I would happily recommend Smile Kitchens.

Emma was really helpful when it came to designing our kitchen. She was good at suggesting options and the 3D presentation really helped us to visualise the space.
Price point was competitive. Much cheaper than the likes of Wren, Howdens, Magnet.
We wanted a bespoke paint option in a slab style. Unfortunately Smile kitchens only offer bespoke colours in their shaker style, so for that reason we went elsewhere. Other than that, can't fault them!
