I ordered a dog spray mist brush 2 months ago, they took my money and even gave me a order# saying thank you. Over two months later I am still dealing with this scam. They try to give me a false USPS tracking # and I went to Post Office and it is not even in their system. However Smilenicey is trying to tell me it was delivered to my PO Box January, 31 2025 but USPS have no record of it because that tracking# does not exist. I couldn't even track my order online. SCAM...

Their color changing foundation is in a plastic bottle that you cannot get the product out of without trying to dig it out with a stick of some kind. Absolute scam. Tracked package and supposedly came from Spain! Then sent to me by Heathers Moty from Coppell, Texas? Received the next day. Do not buy this. Learned my $25.00 lesson.

If there was a way to add 20 negative stars I would. This is the worst business out there. I ordered a toy for my pup in December and the package must of went around the world before I received it. To add insult to injury the product stated it was made for the the worst chewers and that it would not be destroyed. Well after 5 minutes my pup chewed off the ear. I do not mind paying for quality items if they are worth it. I paid $ 30 not including shipping and they want to offer me $3 for the dissatisfaction. Wow !!! I did write to to the better business bureau !!! They have no customer service qualities .
I don’t recommend anyone shop here.

I ordered some earbuds on November the 30, 2024 from this company. The tracking began in Italy, then to the USA (It took forever to get to the United States according to them) and I never received them.

worst experience ever. Placed order Nov 8, says delivered Dec 5. It was not. Reached out to their CS, told me to contact PO. We've been going back and forth for 4 weeks now. Contacted post office, the postmaster sent an email stating the package was marked as delivered but it was delivered to wrong address. Which means it's lost. Smilenicey still will not give me my money back.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, it's a scam!!!

I just order set few hours ago at $39.98. And they are. Now $34.98. Always my luck.

This company is a scam save your money. Ordered the foundation cream and it was crap. Offered me a 4 dollar refund still fighting with them.

ordered the foundation today before I read the reviews, after 5 minutes I cancelled the order, even so I had paid already. They send me prompt an email saying that it has been packed and shipped already. After 5 minutes that's a record. They offer me evtl. a refund after I have received the product. Not good enough. Now I will see if I actually get the product. Be aware of this company.
On Top of that when I like to login the website my Norton blocks it, not safe.

Ordered the colour changing foundation, doesn't deliver as advertised.
Goes on face white and no change in colour, just doesn't work.
Offered me $2 refund 🤣

Do not waste your money.

I bought the changing foundation on November 18. Until now, I haven’t received what I paid for. I’ve been in contact with customer service and every time they tell me check post office, check ring doorbell, and check with my family and friends. Just like what everyone says, lesson learned.

I ordered the color changing foundation over a month ago and have not received my order. I have been going around and around with this ppl about either getting a refund or sending me my product since they have taken the money out of my account already and all they reply back with is check with your local post office. They should be ashamed and be aware and don't fall for their fake advertisement. Lesson learned .....

I ordered the buy 1 get 3 free! That should have told me this was a false advertisement. The videos with these different women showing the immediate change with the "foundation" is false. Difinitly just a moisterizer! BEWARE!

I ordered the game Tapple from them. Straight out of the box it didn’t work, buttons don’t stay down. I’d like to exchange for one that works but they said b/c it’s been over 15 days since shipped, they can only offer $3.
Save your money and buy one from a store.

The problem that I have is that this company is stealing money from people like me. It would appear that this company has no intention of being in business very long because bad news travels fast. I would rather them tell me there is nothing they can do for me than to offer me a paltry sum of $4.00. What I really want is the product they advertised.

They took $31 out of my account which was supposed to only be around $20 and haven’t received an email with a confirmation number or anything and this was about 2 weeks ago. Just another scam and thieves
