I believe their rave reviews on products are total fantasy. Trading standards need to take action against these people. Bought a teeth cleaner. Utter rubbish and damaged my teeth trying to get it to work.

Advertisement name - Smile Agent - item received in unsealed box and no packaging. Visibly pre used, dirty and damaged. Contacted company over 15 times via email as there is no telephone number without any response. Do not be fooled by the YouTube reviews, thus is a SCAM company!!!!!

THIS IS TOTAL SCAM!! Dont buy anything!! I ordered end of Dec 29th, nothing arrived for 2 weeks, emailed them like 20 times, only got 2 replies from some weird customer service rep "Laura" saying I would get my stuff in "a few days". 3 weeks later still nothing and no more answers from them. Looked up their company everywhere, found a phone number which doesn't work. THIS IS JUST SCAM! Do not buy from them! Only regret is I didn't use Paypal and I don't remember which page they were on on FB, otherwise I would report further. If anyone knows which FB page they are on, please let me know so that I can report them on FB too. Absolute rip off!

Selling cheap Chinese DANGEROUS dental equipment and marketing it as a premium product. I had previously purchased a cheap version from ebay and it was rubbish, this is the exact same product. The packaging looked similar so I opened it to see if it was the exact same thing. I then read the returns policy and if it has been opened "due to hygeine reasons" it cannot be refunded.

This is purely a marketing team, if you value your teeth, avoid this company and product!

If I could this this company a Zero review I would. The whole thing is a scam. I ordered mine on 28th October and it came 2 weeks later. Opened the box and charged it. What a useless piece of kit! The rotating head is nowhere need powerful enough to move anything let alone tartar and staining even though they state that the head rotates 12,000 times a minute! Utter rubbish, have they got proof of this I ask? I have been in email contact with them and it appears that if the box is open (seal is broken) and the packaging, they do not accept items back. How the hell are you supposed to try it out if you don't open the bloody box!! Cannot get hold of them on the phone as this is permanenly engaged but I suspect its not their proper landline. Its not serviced by BT so you can't report the fault. I have now emailed them to say that under The Consumer Act 2015, if goods are not fit for purpose/use, then you are entitled to a refund even if the item has been opened. They've got it sewn up by putting this clause in their Refund Policy, covers their backs!! What a rip off. Tell as many people as possible that this is a scam and useless - don't waste your money. I now feel that they won't give me a refund and probably hope I will give up but I won't!!.

Order a tooth cleaner, item not sent in time given when ordering. Replies to my emails were generic stating,”If”, my enquiry was about the tooth cleaner it would be dispatched soon. I opened a complaint in Paypal and the company sent me a notice that the item had been dispatched with tracking. I didn’t cancel the dispute (preferring to wait until I received the item) and I am glad I didn’t as two weeks later the tracking hasn’t moved at all. Paypal found in my favour and paid me back my money!

Ripping people off left, right and centre.
Ask your money back asap through your bank, paypal etc.
Spread the word. Rip off company.
Completely fraudulent.

I ordered and paid for a tooth scaler 18 days ago. When I email the company all I get is automated emails in return. The emails tell me my scaler will be sent soon ! I have asked for a refund to no avail. This company is obviously fraudulent, I have reported them to Facebook.

Agree with the bad comments this is a total scam beware. Took my money 4 weeks ago and no sign of the items ordered. I’ve emailed twice and had no response. They should be shut down as clearing scamming people.
Be warned don’t order from them

Took my money approx 14 weeks ago, no sign of delivery. Emailed them simply to be told that they were very busy and they would be in touch. 25 emails later and still the same response. Sent a rather strong worded email (with the odd swear word) and they emailed back stating that due to my abusive language they would be contacting Facebook and both my email and Facebook accounts would be suspended. Amazing morals for a company that are stealing peoples hard earned money. Avoid at all costs

I Ordered on 4th November and heard no more unless I hear this week it is a complete scam.

Now been waiting since 21st October for delivery from this company after ordering from a Facebook ad. E- Mail response is a generic reply saying “your order will be dispatched in a week or so” Tried to cancel but request has been ignored. Looks like this is a big scam !

Terrible! Ordered and was told they would let me know when it was being despatched. Not been despatched. They have ignored my telephone call. Got a "generic" email back saying "Hello thanks for getting in touch with your query. We can confirm all orders will be dispatched ASAP and we will contact you with a delivery update very shortly. Kind regards" I have got Paypal involved now!

If I could give this company no stars I would. I was glad to read the other reviews on here because I am losing my sanity with this mob. I also placed an order two weeks ago because of the 3-5 days delivery time frame and now I’m trying to cancel it and get my Money back. They do not answer emails, Facebook messenger except to send out automated reply’s. I sent six emails to ask to cancel my order and their reply is always, if my email is about delivery please be patient as my order will be sent shortly. I then ordered the item from Amazon and received it the very next day, they have now sent me an email telling me the good news that my order has been dispatched. I now have the unlikely task of getting my money back. Avoid like the plague

Placed an order Two weeks ago after seeing an ad on Facebook. Supposed to be 3/4 days for shipping. Order still hasn’t arrived. Unable to get a response from them either when I ask. Just asked to cancel my order and for a refund. Doubt this will happen either.

I haven't recieved my order yet. bought 2 on the 24th october standard shipping ( 3-4 working days) almost two weeks later still waiting??!! 🙁 still waiting for you to notify me via email when it has been sent??
Anyway i have reported them via paypal and got my money back :)
total scammers on the rise coming close to christmas - Parasites!!!

I placed an order with Smile Society vía their Facebook add (never again!) and they sent order confirmation. They took payment but have never dispatched an item and when queried, through various channels, I am either ignored or refused a refund (despite the fact they have both the product and my money!). Furthermore I have since seen the original Facebook page deleted and a new one in its place - which screams dodgy to me - just wish I’d been wiser to it.
