Ok… happy to wriite another review. I recently purchased a 4 in 1 Flosser from Smile and it is absolutely rubbish. Total waste of money. There is no pressure therefore I am unable to clear food from teeth which is the whole purpose of the product. The product is simply a throw away. Smile products are proving to be over priced junk. Last purchase from this company. Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement

So far the company has been great to deal with. They’re very quick with communication and replaced a faulty product immediately. Great customer service!

I purchased a 5 in1 water flosser which lasted 6 months and received a cheaply made replacement 4 in 1 water flosser also lasting 6 months. No further replacement or solution was offered despite the product manual saying it's under a 12 month warranty. I was well within the 12 month warranty period. Do not buy from this company as they sell defective water flossers to last 6 months. I advise if you purchase one and experience problems immediately get a refund and do not make the mistake I made in getting a replacement one as it will not last! Have wasted my hard earned money on this company. I have read reviews on other platforms who have experienced the same issue!

The flosser initially worked pretty well but after some months, the battery would die after only a few uses. After a year it was almost useless. I reached out to customer care and they were friendly but asked for video footage of the issue. They said the the voltage of the charging adapter needs to be less than a certain voltage and they it is written on thr box and in the instructions. I had no idea they even come in certain voltages, and I didn’t see that information. I had no ide how to show the issue via a video. It wouldn’t point out the issue, only the battery dying, which has to happen anyway at some point. I gave up. They should charge a little extra and include the appropriate charring plug if most aren’t suitable. I won’t be buying this brand again.

I opted for free delivery because I wasn't in a hurry to receive and could afford to wait the stated time which was up to 7 days. The other option was to pay for delivery to receive quicker. I waited a week or so then emailed because there was no tracking provided, just a "dispatched" status. Received reply that there was issues with the delivery company and to give it up to 7 days longer. Waited, no delivery! Numerous emails back and forth, an investigation was done with Australia Post. Ultimately, was advised my package may have gotten lost and finally my request to cancel and get a refund was met. Alas over a month later, my delivery arrived!!!! By this time, I had received my refund so I contacted to let them know at which point I was offered the option to send my purchase back or be invoiced to pay for it. Paid for it however, the whole experience caused considerable frustration. Emily (with whom I dealt with) was very quick in replying so communication was good but in future, I would not opt for free delivery as this is "trackless"

Great company to deal with. When I had a problem with my order being short delivered in the first place then the replacement heads being lost in transit in the second one the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently by them

Disappointed with this product. The manual is difficult to understand and I am still not sure I am using the product correctly.

Very enthusiastic to tried the product and it's work fantastics, my build-up plaque on the front lower tooth area gone!.

Customer service was fantastic. They replaced my faulty product immediately.

My sonic toothbrush is excellent. The battery lasts for weeks maybe a month. It’s lightweight so good for travel. Love the colour. I found the service great. No issues at all, in fact I have just ordered another toothbrush for my husband!

Received a replacement water flosser pro after the first one died after a couple of months. The replacement process was a good experience, asides from the product being out of stock at the time. However the replacement isn't as good as first one, it takes some time to get going to full power, and at the highest setting it isn't as powerful as the old one

Never received my purchase!!
I asked for a refund and they said they will send another one.... and I never received that one either!

Item purchased 3 weeks ago and still not received. I sent an email 1 weeks ago and it took them several days to respond and only offer a reshipment - Not an express reshipment. Find another company.

Made a recent purchase. Extremely happy with the product. Communication with staff fast and constant. I would highly recommend.

I've made several purchases from Smile Therapy, and they have always arrived within a quick time frame, and are well-made products.
Their customer service is also very friendly and responsive. I recently had an issue with my Water Flosser Pro, but after contacting customer service and showing proof of the faulty product, they sent me a replacement free of charge. While this was promised under the warranty, I really appreciated their honesty and integrity in upholding their promise.

I have nothing but positive experiences from purchasing items from this company, and I believe that they are passionate about selling high-quality products at an affordable price. They genuinely care for their customers, and it makes me feel valued and appreciated. I recommend you try them out if you're looking to improve your oral hygiene at an affordable price :)
