44 days delivery time and poor communication

I placed an order on April 6, and I haven't (as of May 4) received the product, nor have I heard from the company.
I sent an email asking about the status on April 28, and I haven't gotten a reply.
As far as I'm concerned, it's a scam.

Update (2021-05-24):
After posting the above review, the company responded to my email on May 4, claiming that official requirements caused delivery delays.
The package was sent on May 17 and arrived on May 20.
I don't know whether I would receive the product if not for the negative review that drawn the company's attention to the matter.
I don't know whether Smilingsocks is a scam, but I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Regardless, I don't recommend it due to the long (44 days) delivery time and poor communication.
